On the evening of February 26, 2012, Young Buck went frolicking in the forest. As he’s nonchalantly sending deer signals to a sweet doe named DeeDee, out of nowhere a strange moving apparatus approaches with beams of light, blinding him, he wrinkles his brow in apprehension.
This is new territory for Young Buck. He is foreign to this forest, although he has encountered humans hiding in bushes carrying metal sticks but for Young Buck, this was a first.

In a perfect world, this could have been Trayvon Martin overtaking the STALKER/HUNTER George Zimmerman. Had it not been for George Zimmerman hiding a loaded concealed Kel Tec 9mm handgun under his shirt, Trayvon Martin may have been able to knock the gun out of his hands just like Young Buck. If only Trayvon knew this weird stalker was armed, he would have lived to retell this bizarre story to his future children and grandchildren for years to come.
Sadly GEORGE ZIMMERMAN the hunter tricked his prey and is the ONLY ONE who has a story to tell. Trayvon Martin didn’t get the opportunity because he lost his life.

Cute video JB, thanks. George Zimmerman is a true American hero to me who stands up and protects our communities from thuggsters like Trayvon Martin. I only wish I could have been there that fateful night to help George and to help protect George from the beating he sustained from Martin. Seems to me that Jesus Christ said something about agreeing quickly with thine adversary when on your way to court. (Good job, JB!) So, let’s agree that Trayvon was a horrible teenager who if he had lived, given his parents hell.
Know what? The courts prosecute mafia members for killing gangsters, and not once do the courts allow victims to be denigrated to justify the taking of their life. That in fact, prisoners who kill prisoners in prison are still charged, tried, and if found guilty, sentenced. It’s America where the rule of law applies to all.
When GZ killed Trayvon, he knew nothing about him other than his physical description and possible age range. When I hear GZ supporters present opinions that convey that Trayvon deserved to be killed, I thank them for supporting the prosecution’s charging affidavit that GZ profiled Trayvon Martin. GZ should be very proud of his supporters siding with the prosecution.

For those who really believe George Zimmerman was in a life or death situation they should think about the fact that of all of those witnesses, none of them came to his aid. Why? O’Mara does not want GZ’s medical records to be released to the public. Find!! But why does the prosecution want more than what O’Mara provided in discovery? IMO, I get the feeling that GZ was not honest in his application for a concealed carry gun license. No doubt he has a history of prescriptions for depression and meds for ADHD that would preclude him from owning a gun. There is also this feeling in my gut that GZ has a problem with alcoholism and that his medical “history” might report that it runs in his family. If so, then O’Mara has more people to protect than just GZ.
Does that have revelancy to the case? It might if GZ indeeds has a drinking problem questioning its combination of meds. Additionally, could the prosecution have evidence or suspicion that GZ’s Sunday evening “mentoring” was actually AA attendance? No where have I read WHERE GZ said he mentored, neither any parents coming forth saying that he did. GZ and his family are the only ones stating that in his defense of not being racist. However, in the FBI’s release of statements on that issue, there are none from GZ’s purported “mentoring” program.
Just thoughts because as lawyers taught me, you don’t ask for discovery without already knowing or anticipating what it holds, just like you don’t ask questions during depositions without already knowing the answer.

Re: M&I Bank vid. It’s a mystery. Mark Osterman is seen on the tape at about 6:38 p.m. on 2/26/12. The bank is located on the main street across from Retreat at Twin Lakes. The prosecution has not given any idea as to why that vid was entered into discovery evidence. There is speculation that Osterman saw Trayvon walking home and called GZ, but GZ’s phone records have not been released.
Yes, GZ was ordered to not drink alcohol while out on bail. On his MySpace page, GZ said “yes” for drinking. We also know that he dranked with minors because of his arrest for assaulting the undercover officer who was arresting his underaged friend for drinking.
I agree with why GZ did not go to the hospital and will add one more thing to the reasons. It is my strong opinion that GZ acquired Trayvon’s blood and knowing it might appear on his clothing, made up the story about spreading Trayvon’s body spred eagle. In my opinion about this, is that GZ smeared Trayvon’s blood on his face and head. Part of my basis for believing this is because no blood was found on the trigger of GZ’s gun, yet the paramedics report washing blood off GZ’s hands. My other basis for this is because the lab report found Trayvon’s blood on the sleeve of GZ’s jacket.
I question the freshness of those head and face wounds. I have never known a cut to have dried blood and running blood too!! Neither have I known a cut on the nose to scalp within minutes.
About the FBI and George’s racism — since they were unable to determine the word that GZ said, they interviewed to get the opinions and experiences of others. IMHO, George has an inferiority/superiority complex. He has to make things up about others so they will be inferior to himself. According to his MySpace, he profiled Mexicans when he first moved to Florida. He bullied his Middle-Eastern co-worker to gain the favor of his White co-workers. GZ is racist when the mood hits him.

CDC says that there is no cure — it has to run its course, but if there is fever to go to the hospital for fluids and meds. There is potential of it causing neurological problems and that is serious.
I only drank bottled water for 2 days; took Burdock Root, which is a natural blood cleanser; 10,000 mgs of time released Vitamin C; and Milk Thistle which is a natural liver cleanser. The doctor prescribed Naproxen for pain. I like it because it is non-narcotic. Along with the Naproxen I ate 9 almonds which is good for relieving headaches.

I can see what O’Mara is doing. He is repeating the stories of GZ’s family and friends before GZ was charged. GZ’s fans took up those arguments, and O’Mara has played to them in hopes of getting their money. I remember when GZ’s bond was revoked some fans posted on conservative treehouse the conditions they wanted to be met before donating more money. They are no doubt writing him also. Evidently, their couple of dollars is not enough to get GZ out of his financial woes so O’Mara has had to re-think his agenda.
Whether he knew or didn’t know about the amount of money that came through that Paypal account did not bother me as much as something else. When he asked the judge if GZ could take the stand and address the court without being cross-examined, O’Mara KNEW BETTER. This is VERY disrespectful to the court and a violation of due process.
But know what? As long as he continues proceeding how GZ and his fans want him to, let him. It’s nothing more than giving them a show that he knows will result in GZ’s conviction.

I’m feeling much better today. Thank you all for your well wishes. I don’t know if it was the West Nile Virus but some of the symptoms you all described rang true. Hmm…Maybe I did? If so, I’m just thankful that I was able to fight it off. Wow, from what I’ve read from those articles, it’s a seriously dangerous virus. Whew! Lucky me!

I can’t believe O’Mara is whining about Z having to live in Seminole. OMG!
Look what poor Casey had to go through and there wasn’t one iota of physical evidence on her to pin a murder. Z-Boy admitted he shot an unarmed kid so he’s lucky he even has a bond. Right?
And are they forgetting what happened the first time Z was out on bond? He might not have been planning his Big Escape but it sure did look like it… Hoarding money and a Passport?? If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck…it’s a duck. Sometimes I think both MOM & Z are from a different solar system or something. They just don’t get it!
So far all this has been is “George’s Big Adventure” ..making new friends and getting money doing it! Woo Hoo!!

I think the only reason the Orlando Sentinel, WESH, WFTV, etc. etc. hasn’t made a big issue about Casey is because of the Trayvon murder. It’s really sad that it took a murder of an unarmed teenager to allow Casey to go away in peace.
And BTW, I happy to report, no more hate filled comments for theJBMission! Wow! I’m finally troll free but I read that Professor Leatherman is having a huge problem with the Haters.
I wish I knew why some people have such a problem when someone disagrees with them???

On Professor Leatherman’s blog, someone posted the link to the court’s website where all documents filed in the case that are public can be obtained.

This way, the moment we hear that something has been filed we can go directly to the court’s site to obtain it. The files open in Adobe and can be saved to your computer.

You go girl! I read there a lot but don’t post much because usually I agree with all of the comments. I’m so sorry to hear he’s being bombarded with Haters. He doesn’t deserve that.
In any case, I think he’s handling the situation very well. From my experience, it’s best to nip in the bud as soon as it starts because there’s no arguing with them. They are only there to disrupt discussions and from what I’ve read, the discussion there is primo.
Hey JB! I’ve fallen in love with Professor Leatherman’s blog. He puts so much time into it and really asks pertinent questions. I don’t know what I would do if having a blog with over 100 comments to one post. That’s a full-time job. So, I can really appreciate when he takes time to respond to posters too.
You’re right about the haters. I was reading comments to the Yahoo article about O’Mara taking down GZ’s FB page, and there was a person who argued contrary to information, then said he hadn’t bothered reading about the case because he had better things to do. (sigh) That is nothing more than a goal to frustrate. And, it looks like all 10 of GZ’s FB fans came to Yahoo comments to continue the same racial denigration in a vicious way.
They are FURIOUS!!! Rather than address that it was O’Mara’s decision to take the page down, they are accusing the government and FB of violating their freedom of speech.
Such ignorance!!!

I really like Leatherman’s blog too. What’s really good about reading there is he is an attorney and that helps me out alot with the legalese of this case. He’s very nice too and I think it’s wonderful that he takes so much time to explain this case to the ones like me who have zero knowledge in law.
I found him early on and was just so happy he was blogging on “our side”.
Honestly Xena you deserve a medal.. being snarked by Haters is the main reason why I don’t go far outside of my blog or Leatherman’s. Grrr..Its so frustrating to have to deal with ignorance and I don’t deal with it too well. lol.. If you’ve read my discuss anything thread..lol

When I read O’Mara saying that this WHOLE family has been in danger since Feb. 26, I’m sure that I must have missed a hell of a lot. George was out and about until he was finally arrested.
What he did was his own fault and to beg to get out of any county is just so pathetic.

As far as the haters go, I think that they don’t know very much if any about the case and they sure don’t know what happened, but they know how to write hate. Much like any of the other cases.
Most that hated Casey didn’t know anything that was really said at the trial.
All that they heard was from the media and as much as they complain about the media, they seemed to believe all of the BS before the trial.
Right, in George’s case, he flat say’s I shot him and when he says it, he has NO regrets.
He had no reason except for hate like the haters that write in support of him.
It’s so easy for them, they don’t have to think!
