Why, thank you. It only took me several weeks to learn how to have it follow me around the blogs. LOL! I don’t mind being in moderation. With so many hateful, disrespectful folks, you almost have to moderate in order to prevent a huge “clean-up” job later. I downloaded the Div X without any problem. The only thing now is that I continue getting messages for updates. I can’t imagine using it for anything else but then, who knows?

Oh..that’s the best news ever! Now why would O’Mara want to hide GZ’s medical records?? Ahh..very interesting. Considering TM’s toxicology report was put out there for the World to see..I don’t know why we can’t see George’s.
Let the games begin!!

Did you see Snoop’s PhotoBucket account? She had the bank pictures of Osterman at the drive up window. I’ll see if I can find them for us.
I think Osterman is the State’s “ace in the hole” sort of like OJ’s Kato Kaelin or Scott Peterson’s Amber Frye. Can’t wait!!
I can picture Osterman on the stand for a long time.
BTW, do you have the link? I’d like to see it.

HA! Osterman. He is the one on the M&I Bank vid, located just across from RTT. The prosecution has entered that into evidence. Osterman has to be wondering how that implicates him in the events of the evening. Thus far, GZ’s phone log has not been released as evidence. So, I am of the impression, once again, that the prosecution is not showing its entire hand.

I am unfamiliar with how schools of higher learning operate in the State of Florida, as well as employers. Here in Illinois, any arrest (regardless of outcome of the case) is considered a disqualifier for certain school majors and employment. Nursing is one. When I worked at the courthouse, there were many people who came there seeking to expunge arrest records because they had been denied enrollment in CNA and Nursing programs.

As well, we need to look not only at the charge of perjury against Shellie, but also what she lied about and her demeanor when doing so. She lied about money. Her actions, in terms of law enforcement, fit into the category of being a thief and there is a presumption that all thieves lie. It is my impression that Shellie can forget about being a nurse, a cashier, or working in any other capacity where honesty is important.

Florida does have expungement law, which surprised me when it came to GZ. If that charge of assault against a law enforcement officer was “nothing,” it should qualify for expungement, but GZ has not petitioned the court to remove that from his arrest record. Maybe it does not qualify because although he served no jail time, the court “sentenced” him to other requirements.

Since Osterman has stated that GZ was abused by his mother and estranged from his family, Dr. Phil is most likely to focus on that. It is GZ’s way of painting himself a a victim and not being held accountable for his actions on 2/26/12. Also, he might feel it is necessary to paint his parents as monsters in the event people are donating money to his parents who are not donating to him. Or, it could be an act of vindictiveness because his parents are “competing” with him.

Hello everyone! Hoping yall are having a wonderful Sunday evening.
Here its been raining all day..so I’ve been doing a little extra house cleaning…like moving furniture and vacuuming behind the frigde. LOL I found some Coco-Puffs under there. Sad to say but my grandson hasn’t been here since Mardi Gras so that must tell you something.

Anyways..back to Killer George.
Marilyn, I was thinking the same thing. Where are GZ’s phone records?? When did he call Mark Osterman? And who else did he called???
Actually I believe it will be Shellie who’ll betray George. She’s definitely the weakest link and I think GZ knows it. I can tell by the way he talks to her that he thinks he’s the superior one. Ha!
Hmm.. I hope Shellie shows him who wears the pants! Haha! She might not want to go down with the ship.. She may really want to lead a normal life and become a nurse which means..she may plea deal during her perjury trial??? Just wishful thinking…but I’d LOVE to see it happen.

I have a feeling the speeches at the gun conferences is going to pay for the Zimmermans
and O’Mara. Honestly with all of his lies, how can he ever get aquited and he blatantly lies
and changes his stories and they are way too important for his self defense or SYG.

Osterman FORMER friend will be on Dr. Phil? I guess they all thought that the website was going to make them rich, so they’re really showing how low they will go.
They really want people to come and discuss the case?
