He called because in his sick and simple-minded opinion, TRAYVON MARTIN appeared suspicious.

Yep..I remember my Mother saying those words..”Show me your friends and I’ll tell you who you are” LOL..Of course she’d say this whenever I made friends with someone she didn’t approve of..It wasn’t very often, but I admit, she was often right. Some people just have a keen sense in judgment of character and my Mom was one of them.
When in life, if we believe our actions are honorable, its a good idea to look around and see who is standing next to you doing the same thing. LOL..Or approving..If we’re attracting the wrong characters, perhaps we’re doing the wrong thing.
I agree with you Loly. TM looked no different than any of boy his age. Look at the picture I posted in my article, he’s wearing a gray hoodie. There’s nothing scary about a boy wearing a sweatshirt with a hood and there’s nothing suspicious about a boy wearing a hooded sweatshirt while walking in the rain.
It’s a shame that GZ didn’t have enough sense to realize this. There was nothing about TM that was suspicious. Remember when you posted a link to a NWP..and it read that TM should not have looked suspicious because the neighborhood was racially mixed by 50%.

Hi Yall…I just had to comment again about GZ NOT KNOWING about the SYG Law,because he supposingly was thrown a “Graduation Party” by Mark & Sondra Osterman,since he was only according to his FBI report a couple of weeks away from getting his Associares Degree in Crimanal Law!!! They(Osterman) say he was only a course or two away from graduating when he was EXPELLED because of the shooting from Seminole State College.I have been reading up for days on this Mark Osterman & they were FRIENDS since 2005,2006.He was even with him the night this all happened,during the re creation,never left his side.Remember GZ stayed at their Lake Mary house for 6 weeks that he is admitting to.Probly there NOW too.This Osterman guy has taught GZ EVERYTHING he needs to know about the LAW & MORE(Plus Dear Ole Dad the JUDGE)!! He tells the FBI they were best friends,they went shooting once a month at Gander mountain range.Does everyone know who I’m talking about? Do some reading on him & you will see that GZ DOES know EVERY LAW he is & has BROKEN!! All this BS about “he didn’t know the legal process,or the laws” makes me SICK!!! His Buddy Osterman is the one who says he had no close friends & was ESTRANGED from his family when this happened.I SHUDDER to think this IDIOT works for our FEDS!! I agree with you. GZ knew EVERYTHING about the SYG LAW from course he was taking!! And no doubt in my mind, Osterman filled him in on how to USE the SYG law too. This is why GZ wasn’t concerned about walking the neighborhood carrying a concealed weapon..a Kel-tec 9, a small 9mm which is easiest to hide.
Little did Trayvon Martin know he was walking into a Vigilante Booby Trap. Listen to the words GZ used with the dispatcher. “We’ve had some recent break-ins…yada, yada” He’s offering probable cause IN CASE something bad happens. The Judge knows it, Inv. Chris Serino knows it.

The Zimmermans’ website doesn’t prove anything. It doesn’t give any credible insight into their son. It is nothing more than a money grab, plain and simple, and should not be allowed. After all, aren’t their laws against perpetrators and their families profiting off of their misdeeds? Wouldn’t this qualify as such? Hello everyone. I just visited http://robertandgladys.com. Notice the URL. Looks like it’s on a private server because there is no “www” in the address.
It actually made me sick because Robert is FROZEN on it being a racial issue. Maybe, just maybe the feds are still investigating since (as you guys previously posted here), GZ’s supporters appear to be those wearing white hoods and burning crosses.
The attitude at demeaning Trayvon Martin reminds me of rapists on trial who tried painting their victim in the worst light as their defense. Even GZ supporters arguing that Trayvon was not a teen and his physical dimensions are things I’ve heard before — “She didn’t look 15.” “Look at the way her parents let her dress. How was I do know she’s a minor?”

Mark Osterman is suppose to be the man on the M&I Bank vid that was entered into evidence by the prosecution. He was at that bank’s ATM that is across from the gated community, at about 6:38 p.m. on Feb. 26th.
I don’t know why the prosecution has entered that vid into evidence but do see a possible association between it and GZ’s phone records for that day, which O’Mara has been able to successfully exclude from docs released to the public.
Some months ago, it was rumored that someone called GZ and told him about a teen walking in that community — that GZ did not, neither could, see Trayvon looking at residences by taking the route to exit that community on his way to Target.
OMG….look WHAT I MISSED just having a visit with my Wonderful Daughter coming to visit & do my grocery shopping for me!!! The PARENTS start a WEBSITE ???!!! I was trying to read it & it was making me even sicker than I already am!! I am not believing this BS! Hey,maybe I can start a web site so My Daughter doesn’t have to come help me when my disease acts up & I can hire a personal shopper!! Holy CRAP my blood pressure is up now!! In some of the jail phone calls,GZ & SZ already had this huge HOUSE big enough for the FAMILY & EVEN GRANDMA,to be rented on a month to month deal.In their web site they failed to talk about them not even speaking to each other before this happened.Its all a bunch of BS trying to get money!! The Martins will never see their son again. Zimmerman won’t get the death pentalty, so they will always be albe to see him, TALK with him. They should count their blessings.

Don’t blame the one YOUR son killed, you blame the child that isn’t even here to speak for himself and his parents that are doing what any loving parent would do and that is fight for justice for Trayvon.

Funny. Sybrina Fulton is a 28 yr veteran of the Miami-Dade Housing Authority. Her salary is a bit more than $68k a year. GZ is in a safe-house that he can’t afford, and has no other place to live.

Bankruptcy attorneys are known as “bottom feeders” in the legal community. Actually, I would presume that George is more honest than Junior since Junior picked an area of law with a history of corruption. (But that’s another story.)
Huffington Post has reported that Shellie entered a written plea of not guilty through her attorney on Friday. Looks like she’s headed for trial.

Papa Zimmerman gave his opinion of the screaming as fact, but I also believe that George put him up to it through a threat of blackmail. Remember, there was a family secret about sexual molestation. What George did surpassed common 8 yr old curiosity and is learned behavior, IMHO. Papa doesn’t want any other family secrets being exposed. GZ showed his concern for his dad’s safety when he instructed Shellie to buy bullet proof vests without any mention to get one for his dad.

He had reported a “suspicious” person with his hand in his waistband and something in his hand checking him out. About others not hiding — oh yes. I’m pretty sure that Trayvon’s parents have received threats as well. Sitting here watching vids released in discovery. GZ’s interrogation of 2/29 — well, I heard him say something. I mean, I actually HEARD it. He said that he has a cousin in prison, and the cousin told him that he had gotten away with crime as a juvenile. So GZ decided to mentor juveniles.
Oh how I wish the prosecution would interview the juvenile arrested a week before GZ killed Trayvon, and GZ’s cousin about their conversations. GZ made a 911 call about seeing a suspicious person on 2/2/12. It is not said on the taped interrogation, but Frank Taaffee has identified it as his house where GZ saw the suspicious person. Frank was not home but his window was opened — and GZ knew that Frank was not home. Odd that GZ knowing Frank wasn’t home, that he would also see a suspicious person while out walking his dog AND give 911 the WRONG address so that the cop car first passed Frank’s house!!
In his interrogation, GZ projected and associated Trayvon Martin with the suspicious person that had already been arrested!!! Something doesn’t sit right with this.

Hmm…now that you’ve reminded me of the Feb 2 phone..I’ve been thinking about your hunch and I’m beginning to see the light.
Yess..I see what you mean. It would be the perfect set up. Wasn’t it Feb 2nd when GZ first met Taafe? And why is it GZ has such a hard time with giving directions? I’ve seen the Google map and it’s seem fairly simple.. basically 3 streets.
For example, if you’re in the 3300 block of Apple Street, the next street parallel would be the 3300 block of Banana Street so why can’t GZ give proper directions to 911 dispatch?
The first time I listened to GZ’s call to 911 on Feb 26, I was under the assumption that the streets were cul de sacs but after looking at the map, it’s straight up and down so there no reason for him to be so confused. Add this to the fact that GZ didn’t want LE to know his exact location..really makes one wonder what’s really going on. Hmm.. Vewy interesting.
But I’m not sure if GZ has what it takes to be the master mind but Osterman might be.. Since GZ is such a Wanna-Be-Anything, he may have jumped at the opportunity just to fit in considering he’s such a loser.. just a thought..

I was listening to GZ’s 911 call and also found a youtube vid which claimed to have enhanced sound. That vid was more directed at there being another person present. For now, I don’t want to get distracted with a “grassy knoll” theory. But there was something that was interesting. The enhanced recording produces the sound of a cell phone ringing just as GZ is ending his 911 call.
According to Tracy’s phone bill, Trayvon received a call at 7:12 p.m. We now know that was DeeDee phoning him. The ringing would have given Trayvon’s whereabout away. All GZ had to do was following the ringing phone.

I just watched the Frank Taafe video. I get the impression that Frank Taafe is having a change of heart regarding GZ. Did you hear him say — paraphrasing “it was the perfect storm .. he couldn’t explain WHY GZ was carrying a gun but in his opinion, carrying a gun was an act of “anger”..”

I have boys in my home and accidental shootings happen all the time is the other reason he cites. He keeps his guns in an expensive locked safe locked well-built locked building on the ranch he owns. He doesn’t carry his gun in public. When he’s had to investigate suspicious activities around his home, he doesn’t grab a gun! In short, he would say the only time to use a weapon to protect yourself is when you are in a situation inside of your home, where there is no other way out ie. a person trying to abduct or rape a family member. He advises me to call the police when in doubt, or invest in an alarm system and advises against owning a gun.
He’s always said that taking a life is not something a person can live with even in the “right” circumstances and questions the motives of people who believe in carrying a gun in the way that Zimmerman did. I have a few problems with Zimmerman’s account of events. Didn’t Zimmerman state he “forgot” he had his gun on him? If he did, that is something a gun owner should never forget. Having a gun in one’s possession is something one should not be so comfortable with they forget they are carrying it. If that report is true, then Zimmerman is full of it.
IMO, he had no business carrying his gun while on neighbor-watch as he wasn’t law enforcement. He shouldn’t have left his car. If he was so concerned, he should have deferred to law enforcement. In a nutshell, these are my opinions of this case: why the heck did he leave his car if he wasn’t in the mood to shoot someone? Since he did leave his car, why didn’t he try to calm the teenager down and explain who he was and why he was pursuing him? If he was “jumped” like he states, I find it hard to believe his only choice was to play victim until he drew his gun and killed Trayvon. When I hear the audio, it sounds like Trayvon is saying help not Zimmerman ( just my opinion.) When he made his public statement, he couldn’t bring himself to say that he should have done something different that day. Maybe he was advised not say that by his defense, but all the same, I think he said that because he feels justified in taking a life. When he explained his version of events it’s as if it was scripted exactly to give credence to him standing his ground. Where I live, there is a duty to retreat first. In closing, doesn’t retreating make more sense than standing one’s ground? It isn’t the wild west anymore. Teenagers throw attitude all the time and it’s up to the adult to realize that and deal with it by diffusing anger if that was indeed what happened that day, young Trayvon was murdered.

Catching up — several things.
I tried finding the Youtube vid for the enhanced 911 call (thought I had saved the link) but couldn’t locate it. I’ll keep trying.
In Orr’s case for immunity using SYG, the prosecution argued there was not enough debris in his clothes to support his version of being on the ground getting his head bashed. There’s a possibility that the prosecution will argue the same in GZ’s case. It’s only logical that you can’t “shimmy” to get more of your head on the grass without there being grass on your jacket and bottom of your shoes.
Re: Taaffe. Think about his saying that the Sanford Police Dept. had not performed their job to the satisfication of GZ. That actually supports the prosecution to demonstrate that GZ has a history of believing he could take authority to do the jobs of others. Remember that he was fired from CarMax for complaining that he could do a better job than the managers.
Now, connect the dots to GZ’s written statement where he used the term “suspect” and his re-enactment where he used the word “surrender.” GZ has no authority to use those terms as though he is deputized law enforcement. So, this applies to his motivation.

I totally agree with you assessment of the TM/GZ case. I believe Trayvon Martin was murdered too. As you pointed out..GZ being the “adult” should have diffused the situation by explaining who he was and why he was aggressively following the young boy. IMO, the whole ordeal was based on lack of communication and for that I hold George Zimmerman responsible. Not only was he the adult but he was the self-appointed neighborhood watch captain.

EVERYTHING that struck me as odd in the Anthony case, struck Baez the same way! Especially Casey’s lying.. I couldn’t believe that Melich and Allen didn’t find it odd because her lies didn’t make her look innocent, they made her look guilty so why would she do it?
They should have looked deeper into the Anthony family. Anyway… its a great book and gives us a good look into how the media can distort reality.

The most recent thing with people and guns and yelling about their rights began with the Teaparty as a conspiracy theory before Barack Obama was elected. It’s a moot argument really. Many of these same people also believe in sovereign citizenship. They believe that driver’s licenses violate their right to travel.
It really doesn’t make sense trying to reason with them. When I worked at the courthouse I had one try to pick an argument with me about the federal reserve although I continued to tell him that I had no opinion.
Most of those harking about having guns as their constitutional right do not own them. They aren’t able to pass a background check, cannot afford to purchase a gun or join a shooting range. But if they ever do, they want to be able to order ammo over the internet as though the internet is written in the constitution and has always existed.
GZ blames the police for his buying a gun because of the pit bull and saying that pepper spray will take too long to go into effect. But if he indeed got a gun to protect himself from pit bulls running loose, why was he always carrying it on his person? Apparently, GZ looked for reasons to carry and use his gun.

Baez is a criminal defense lawyer. His concentration is to “defend” so his opinion is always to look at charges from that perspective. Notice what you wrote. Attorney Baez did not give an opinion on whether GZ is guilty or innocence. Rather, his opinion addressed how a jury could possibly find. When lawyers speak from that perspective, they are actually addressing their litigation ability to convince a jury to acquit.
We should also consider that SYG has only been statute in Florida for about 7 yrs. The prosection has lots more experience litigating those cases than any one attorney. The law is not that old, neither have there been those many type of cases for any lawyer to claim being an expert in defending SYG claims.
For one, claiming SYG as an affirmative defense requires the filing of a petition for immunity. While the charge is criminal, immunity hearing is conducted like a civil hearing on a Motion for Summary Judgment. It is a bench hearing — no jury. The State does not have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. They only need to prove that there are disputed facts.

In a criminal trial, the State (prosecution) presents their case first, then the defense presents its case. HOWEVER, if GZ motions for immunity, it’s just the opposite. Because it will be his petition, he gets to present his case first, and the prosecution then follows. That gives the State some advantage against being ambushed with issues for the first time raised by the defense after the State has rested.

Judge Lester denied GZ’s motion on the basis that it is legally insufficient. The Florida Supreme Court has described this as:
“In order to decide whether the motion is legally sufficient, determination must be made as to whether the facts alleged would place a reasonably prudent person in fear of not receiving a fair and impartial trial.”
If he cannot afford to be out of jail why dont he stay in jail then and speed up the trial if he is innocent. Why have the trial next year and have Americans pay for his freedom. If his lawyer and him says he is innocent and all eviedence points to him being innocent–then speed up the trial and get it over with so he can move on. All this seems fisshy to me. Why is this death a way to get paid for the Zimmermans. It is only GZ that needs to stay in state. Can his parents not go live out of state for safety–why do they need money to live when they are not on trial? Pretty soon Shelly will have her own website along with Zimmerman sister and brothers. This is crazy..this family needs Jesus. If they want to live their life off of peoples petty then this is truly sick. The wesite goes on about how this change the entire family life. What about the Martin family? What about how it changed them. How they will never get over this situation. They will never come home and see their son again. It is also Mark who accompanied GZ when he was released on the million dollar bail. It was Mark who put GZ up for 6 wks in hiding before he was charged. It was Mark who accompanied GZ on his re-enactment. And, it was Mark who taught GZ how to shoot.
Then I read that Osterman’s dad was a former cop and author. It was suggested that Jr. might have been mentoring GZ on how to commit murder without consequences. I can’t verify that Mark Osterman the author is related in any way to Mark Osterman, GZ’s close friend. But I did find the following:

Hello everyone. Sorry I’m so behind but had a project to complete. That Osterman book — hmmm. One of the things that has diverted my attention in this case is that Youtube vid that I can’t find now! Driving me crazy. As much as I don’t want to get diverted by “grassy knoll” theories, I did — I did — I did hear another voice other than GZ’s and the dispatcher’s in his 911 call.
There is a reason why the prosecution entered that M&I Bank video in discovery. Mark Osterman is taped at the ATM at about 6:38 p.m. He lives in Lake Mary, and it was suppose to be the Zimmermans night to get grocery. Was he on his way home? Was he on his way to GZ’s house? Did he see Trayvon walking to or from the convenience store? What relationship can the prosecution possibly see between Osterman being at M&I bank that night and the murder of Trayvon Martin? Did he want GZ to play out in reality what his father wrote about?
GZ had 2 more classes in criminal justice. Was this to help him circumvent completing his courses and catapult him into a job with the police dept? Was GZ’s introduction to the 911 dispatcher the cop’s version of painting a dangerous person so that it’s a “good kill”? Was the plan ruined when Trayvon ran? Was GZ alone or with another person trying to physically force Trayvon back to GZ’s vehicle? Was there another gun that was suppose to be planted on Trayvon?
Sorry. Can’t help it, but there just seems to be something very sinister and pre-planned about that night or any night where a lone teen could be targeted.
The paramedic’s statement, the vid of GZ entering the police station, and the later pics of his head, just don’t jive.
From discovery documents: No blood was found on GZ’s gun. (The paramedic said that she washed blood off GZ’s hands.)
None of GZ’s DNA or blood was found on Trayvon’s hands. (But GZ says that his head was being bashed and he was being punched in the face AFTER his nose was broken)
One stain of GZ’s blood was found on the cuff of Trayvon’s SHIRT (not jacket, indicating that Trayvon was being pulled by his jacket thereby exposing his shirt)
Trayvon’s blood was found on the cuff of GZ’s jacket sleeve. (But GZ alleges that he did not know whether he actually shot Trayvon.)
The paremedic stated there was dried blood on GZ’s head. (Did he have those cuts before he called 911? If the cuts were still bleeding, paramedics have bandages, don’t they?)
The video of him entering the police station does not show any bleeding.
The pics of him taken in the interview room shows blood that is dried. (Yet a police statement says that he checked on GZ every 10 to 15 minutes and did not observe him needing medical attention.)
The gunshot was direct, front to back, indicating that Trayvon could not be leaning over GZ.
The prosecution knows what they are doing. Their investigation no doubt has much more than we can see and down the road, I can see some of those police officers charged with conspiracy.

I can’t comprehend why those people own the types of guns only the military would need! My father doesn’t and by the way he locks up his bullets and shells too. He owns guns his father owned, even one his grandfather owned who was a sheephearder from France who immigrated here. He hunts animals and birds, which I know some won’t agree but he hunts ethically with tags and not over the limit. I grew up eating pheasant and venison.
Lately, he has taken to turkey hunting on farms that raise turkeys for this purpose. He would say that people who own the guns and ammo you refer to are a disgrace to anyone who hunts ethically. You don’t need a semi automatic to kill a duck! LOL

Those aren’t the kind of guns he has. He always said things like guns don’t kill people, people kill people. He is of the mindset that people who want to kill, will kill. He talks about another culture in our country that is enamored with guns and owning militaristic arsenals. He doesn’t condone nor support that kind of nonsense. He profiles them as young adults who somehow were miseducated about owning guns. To own a gun, you have to have a purpose and his purpose is to go hunting. Those people have another purpose and I’d conclude that their purpose isn’t of good rapport.
WHen he was young a boy he went to school with a boy who shot another boy while playing with guns when his dad was away. Then when I was growing up, a boy shot his own brother accidentally of course, playing with guns his father owned. This is scary stuff and it happens all the time. Responsible gun owners give no access to children. I don’t mind men going hunting, I grew up with it but if giving up the right to own a gun for that purpose saves lives because another culture is emerging, I’m all for it. I believe a person should only be able to own a certain amount of guns. Access to military weapons shouldn’t be so freely given.
People who own arsenals aren’t in the same category ( that I know of) as the man who birdhunts or goes deer hunting once every few years. I do know of some men who my husband works with that buy a gun a week and mass amounts of bullets. One gun this man purchased was a machine gun. Apparently, his reasoning is that some “event” is going to occur where people will need to protect themselves ( hence his need for an arsenal.) The conspiracy theorists talk about owning massive amounts of guns because of some kind of armegeddon under Obama. I Kid you not LOLYPOP! I see this talk all over facebook too. These people are part of the problem. One day, they are going to kill someone in haste and immaturity like Zimmeran did.

Zimmerman WAS the adult! I concur! The adult who approaches kid he perceives has some sort of attitude, as kids often do, needn’t escalate the situation. I don’t believe Zimmerman couldn’t tell Travon was a kid either.
Carrying that gun escalated the siutation if you ask me. I don’t trust Zimmerman’s account of events. Does anyone know whether travon saw the gun prior to the fight? Can we really believe Travon even attacked Zimmerman first? I know he had marks on his head, but those injuries (IMO) weren’t sufficient enough to draw a gun! He states Travon was reaching for his gun. How convenient of an excuse. I guess I just don’t believe Zimmerman was in fear of his life being taken or did he put himself in fear by having that gun on him? If he drew first, because trayvon was reaching for the gun ( which I”m not saying is true ) he wouldn’t have had to do so, had the gun not been on him. Zimmerman couldn’t even apologize for what happened. Maybe his attorney told him not to do so, who knows, but I would have liked to hear the words, “I’m profoundly sorry I took your son’s life that day”. I don’t see how it could hurt his self -defense defense to utter those words.

JB you took the words right out of my mouth. Additionally, a young adult’s brain is not fully developed until they are 25. The parts of the brain responsible for impulse control, often refered to as the reptilian part of our brain, does not finish growing until atleast 25 and sometimes later. I know I’ve yammered on about this with regard to Casey Anthony too, but if we as society, don’t start understanding what the insurance industry has understood for decades, we will never understand our youth and why they act in ways that are not adult like. Good evening everyone. About the first aid kits entered into evidence, based on the paramedics’ statements, I think it was to support that they tried resusitating Martin and to verify that he was dead when they arrived.
GZ said somewhere that Shellie was the one who applied the bandaids. I suppose she didn’t have any other than those intended to wrap around fingers.
What rubs me the wrong way about the haters arguing about Trayvon’s life is that when GZ killed him, he knew nothing more about Trayvon other than his physical description. Their attitude reminds me too much for how some rapists defend themselves by villifying their victim.
I remember John Wayne Gacy tried defending himself by saying all of his victims were male prostitutes or young men rebellious against their parents. Gacy still got the lethal injection.
The Youtube vid I’m trying to find is of GZ’s 911 call. It runs the transcript and then the person’s writing on what they think they hear in the background. I don’t agree with it all, but there are places where I DO hear what they hear.

I don’t agree with the person saying it was car door sounds — sounds more like wiper blades to me. Also, since there is a phone record that Trayvon received a phone call at 7:12 p.m. that lasted 4 minutes, it is unlikely that anyone accosted him before 7:16 p.m.
What I do agree with is that GZ was following a script until Trayvon ran.
Some of the knocking sounds after GZ stops running is him trying to get his tactical flashlight to work. If you remember when Serino interrogated GZ, the flashlight not working was mentioned and Serino tapped it and stated that was all GZ had to do.
I don’t believe that GZ planted his car keys at the T. The small flashlight on the keyring was on at that crime scene. Which makes me wonder in all his re-enactment, GZ not once mentions when he dropped those things.
And yes, I do believe that Shellie was in the truck with GZ. In the Hannity interview, GZ said “we” always go grocery shopping on Sunday evenings for the week. Also in his re-enactment, he almost slipped up when mentioning his wife. Also, it wouldn’t surprise me if Mark Osterman was there in his own vehicle talking to Shellie on her cell while she sat next to GZ.

I can’t help but go to the race. There is no way that he looks suspicious, just because there’s been some burglaries in that neighborhood. That doesn’t make a bit of sense to me AND really who had been burglarized. He said he saw someone looking in a window earlier and that he ran.
The rest of the neighbors don’t sound so paranoid. Just him and his DUI buddy!

Hey lolypop! If anyone was in the truck with GZ that night, they may not be charged unless they also got out of the truck and played a part in murdering Trayvon. Otherwise, all they could do is testify as to what happened before GZ got out of the truck — maybe obstruction of justice if it’s found that he lied.

GUN RIGHTS POLICY CONFERENCE!!! No,I don’t live in Florida,but it seems that there are way too many guns there like here in Texas! I can see he is only trying to get MONEY from them! lolypop and everyone else. One of the reasons I so appreciate this site is because the Casey Anthony and George Zimmerman cases hit very close to home. If you have time and are interested, search Katie Stockton and Baby Crystal. That case is still pending and it looks like it might be dismissed because her confession was given without the presence of an attorney. There are differences between the Anthony and Stockton case, but it still involves the death of little ones.
Then research Mark Anthony Barmore. He was shot by two cops in a daycare center of a church, in front of children and staff. One bullet grazed his head and he was then shot twice in the back. The two police officers are no longer on the force, but it took active advocacy and bringing in “outsiders” to investigate, which the “natives” highly resisted.
The thing is, when both of these events occured, I worked at the courthouse and was exposed to the daily chatter. Katie Stockton talked to EVERYONE including deputies and others who were in jail with her, and she stated that she did not get pre-natal care and allowed her newborn infants to die because she didn’t want to be arrested for being a meth addict.
When Mark Anthony Barmore was killed, the report came over the sheriff’s radio and there was talk about it being inevitable because Odo Poole shot and killed 3 unarmed Black men previously and each time, he gave the “cop’s script” for why he fired his weapon. It’s de ja vue when hearing GZ’s 911 call.
Marilyn C., I can’t say that I’m familiar with Florida law, but in Illinois obstruction of justice generally involves interference with the arrest of a suspect.
Shellie Zimmerman blantantly lied to the court, and the charge of perjury applies. Actually, what I would like to see is the IRS file a case against GZ for unpaid taxes on the $35k he spent on personal debts incurred before Feb. 2012. I don’t know how O’Mara setup the Trust after he took possession of the remaining money, but GZ had no legal instrument giving him tax exemption status on donated money prior to O’Mara taking it over. Maybe after April next year we just might see the IRS get involved.

The Martins had to fight for justice and I hope they get it.
The person crying was NOT George, Papa doesn’t want him to be found lying along with his
murdering, but the best thing he and the rest could do is shut up and wait for the trial.

WOW…that didn’t take long! It seems like GZ’s attorney had filed a motion to extend his case.It was granted this morning.It says a hearing was set for Wed. to set a trial date…but Judge Lester granted their motion to move the hearing to OCTOBER 3RD!!! Are you kidding me??!! I was sure wanting to hear something tomorrow! As You all have figured out by now,I am not so good at posting websites(I promise I will learn) but all I did was go to WFTV’s website,then I checked cfnews13 website & they both said the same thing.So until I learn…all I can do is read & report!! I’ll keep reading to see what else I can find on this.This case may not come to trial for 3 years just like Casey’s!!

Hello everyone, and thank you so much for your concern about my health. I’m not a spring chicken either. In fact, I’m closer to being a Fall chicken. LOL. Also, I have health issues. I’m not opposed to traditional medicine, but incorporate natural medicine.
I let my granddog out in the wee hours of the morning on Wed.-Thurs last week. We have a fenced in yard, so I stood by the door and the light was on. That must have attracted the skeeters, because I think I took one back to bed with me. I stopped counting after the 10th bite — took a shower and used Avon’s Skin so Soft.
But Friday, my stomach started hurting as though I ate something very sweet on an empty stomach — that kind of pain. By Sat. the pains were every hour; and Sunday the pains progressed and averaged every 15 minutes. I became dizzy, clammy feverish, and there was vomiting. My son kept encouraging me to go to the ER and I finally got dressed.
There is no cure. The best thing is to stay hydrated and take something for pain. I already had prescribed pain medication — naproxen. I refuse to take anything with codiene or other drugs that effect the brain or have tendency for addiction. As good as those meds are for pain, there are viruses, such as West Nile, that can attack the brain. I don’t want it clouded by prescription or any other drugs.
When I got home, I double dosed on burdock root. That’s a blood cleanser. Because I felt that garlic tablets might be too harsh on my tummy, I also took 5,000 mgs of time released vitamin C and 500 mgs of magnesium. This morning, the county health dept. called me and asked if I was sore. I am not, but I know it’s because of the magnesium, which is a muscle relaxant. So, it has pretty much ran its course in 4 days. I now feel find, but am staying with the supplements and plenty of water.

I do not believe that GZ will be persuaded to cop a plea deal solely because the evidence is against him, but rather a combination of essentially being homeless, broke, and his parents living like vagabonds. Add to that, that his sister has lost her government job since transferring money into her account. They must be blaming him on an hourly basis by now. Also, I think that “I was thinking about Shellie when asking for the hotel room for a month” was a way of trying to make-up to her. Things might not be rosy between them since GZ threw her under the bus. Will she turn against him and confess to being in the truck that night, and Osterman’s involvement?

It seems Sybrina Fulton initially made a claim against Retreat at Twin Lakes for $75,000 for costs covering the death of her son Trayvon which I think is perfectly acceptable.
Considering Retread Twin Lakes made no secret that GZ was in fact the Neighborhood Watch Captain. Their NWC failed to follow protocol and carried a gun to track down a person he wrongly identified as a potential criminal.
IMO…the HOA is simply waiting for the outcome of the criminal trial because at this juncture GZ is innocent so I get it…But as for Sybrina Fulton as his mother, it was the right move.
This stuff happens all of the time, for instance if someone comes on my property to retrieve a ball and while doing so trips over a tree stump and breaks a leg, my home owner’s insurance will be contacted. This is the reason WHY home owners buy insurance to protect themselves..so it’s really no big deal.
BUT… IMO, the HOA perhaps should have paid the measly $75,000 because IF GZ is found to be responsible for TM’s death in a court of law, Traveler’s insurance may have to pay a lot more..maybe millions?? Just saying… If they would have paid $75,000 now, then SF would have signed off and she wouldn’t be able to file another claim.
Soooo…it’s a gamble.

What it looks like is that Travellers is suing for a declaratory judgment based on their HOA insurance not covering certain elements. They do not appear to interpret it as a claim against the HOA for negligence involving the HOA giving Zimmerman authority over their neighborhood watch program, where he carried a gun against the rules and practices of NW.
I obtained the court filed documents. What the news article does not say is that Traveler’s is also suing Retreat of Twin Lakes. The HOA did not obtain the policy until March of this year. Travelers essentially argues that it has no obligation to represent Retreat of Twin Lakes on the claim nor pay the claim because the policy does not cover bodily injury. The policy is 22 pgs, which is included with the complaint, and upon my quick perusal, it is only to cover the HOA director and board members.
If the court sides with Travelers, Ms. Fulton will then have option of suing the HOA director and board members individually, so they had better pull out their homeowner’s policy to see if they are covered.

Between them & the Crime Victims,Civil lawsuits, etc. they will not need to have a BEGGIN website.But no amount of money can help with their CHILD being murdered! Hey Marilyn C.!! I met a person in the courthouse once who reminds me of GZ in the sense that he harassed people in effort to get them to advocate his side of things outside of the courtroom. It was his impression that if others did that, it would intimidate the judge enough to do what he wanted. He even wanted people to write the newspapers and his harassment progressed into denigrating the judicial system, the sheriff, and all attorneys.
And you know what I learned? People like that who want others to DELIVER their words have something to hide. They never tell the truth about their actions. It’s deception. If others get tied up in it, they are usually too ashamed to say they were conned or ill-informed. Their only alternative is to abandon the person.
When people like that man and GZ do not get what they want, they find a way to retaliate if they know anything about you. So, there’s a fear factor involved also.
O’Mara might wish that he never became involved with GZ.

It’s not like THEY will be on trial. The only person on trial is GEORGE ZIMMERMAN and his credibility so IMO Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin’s actions are insignificant. There’s nothing they can say or do that will change a juror’s mind when it comes to GZ’s innocence or guilt.
But… as we all know, GZ supporters have nothing else to do but degrade his victim’s family because if they actually discussed the FACTS such as forensics?? their boy GZ is as guilty as sin.
Have you ever heard or read a pro-Zimmerman even mention GZ’s claim to having pulled TM’s arms away from his body AFTER he shot him? Or have you ever read a discussion regarding GZ’s inconsistent statements? Hmm.. I don’t know.. LOL
I guess that’s forbidden territory for them. All they have is TM was a Thug and he was buying “watermelon” drink because he wanted to get high. EVEN though.. TM’s toxicology report states the contrary.

JB, having experience that goes back to 1995 on Compuserve forums, I know how trolls are. They seem to think that by defaming and harassing behind a computer that they are safe from consequences and legal action. How wrong they are.
Re: The smear compaign against Trayvon and his parents. It’s roots are in common law as promoted by believers in the sovereign citizenship movement, which is an extension of White Supremacist groups. There are people who pick up on the beliefs because they are vulnerable to something happening in their own lives, and they have no knowledge of the roots and agenda behind it.
One of the statements I’ve noticed and applied to the SCM is “Free Zimmerman.” It disrespects that that State and the court has jurisdiction over GZ. The government and judiciary is well aware of these tactics and expressions and how they are rooted in the “common law” theory of the SCM. Because that movement seeks to promote its theories, it doesn’t care who does it — race or gender — as long as it is done their way to make their agenda known. Actor Wesley Snipes is in prison now for adhering to the SCM theory on taxes. Timothy McVeigh was a believer in sovereign citizenship and we know how cold-hearted he was.
Of course, adherents to that movement have no answers to GZ’s inconsistencies. In their mind, GZ is a sovereign citizen acting on his constitutional rights to carry a gun and practice “common law” to kill “a thug.” The common law they believe and promote is like the Hatfield-McCoy feud that justifies the continuation and progression of harm until one gives up or is killed. And always — ALWAYS — the one who is considered to be inferior by “birth” is the one who is suppose to submit to the one who is superior by birth, whether by way of race or gender. Yes, women and children are inferior in their theories.
Consider GZ’s conversations with Shellie on transferring the money. She repeated his instructions back to him as though to confirm her lack of intelligence and/or submission to him. It wouldn’t surprise me one bit if his mentor, Mark Osterman, is an adherent to the SCM as GZ would be vulnerable to its teachings and theories which confirm his already dysfunctional thinking that he has authority.
Personally, I get a little chuckle when reading GZ supporters’ smear campaign against Trayvon and his parents, because I know that the judiciary was well-informed on the SCM decades ago and is routinely updated on their theories and practices.

JP, regarding Casey Anthony. I suffered mixed emotions in that case. There is one close to home that is still pending — Katie Stockton. What I considered was that even IF Casey drugged and taped her baby, that she didn’t intend to kill her. After she died, and if Casey knew she had died, I seriously doubted that Casey would dispose of her body or at least do that alone. Another thing that concerned me about the case was where on earth was the biological father?

Forgive my giddiness today. I am happy to hear that O’Mara plans a SYG hearing for GZ. I suppose that means he’s not going to appeal Judge Lester’s order not to step down. The timing is also right — get it done before Taaffe and Shellie are sentenced.

Hmmmm…I noticed they collected blood evidence from the grass at the crime scene..but still have not heard of any blood evidence from any concrete area?????? Alot of people are saying that because it was raining..it was washed away…wouldn’t that be true from the grassy area as well???? Possibly another exaggeration on George’s part????

Thanks for the update. Like you, I’m surprised that LE collected grass from the crime scene too, why not the concrete??
IMO, the concrete would be a much better source. Usually there are grooves and pit holes embedded in concrete. I’m thinking had they chipped a few chunks of concrete from where GZ claims his head was being bashed, GZ’s DNA would be found.
But..since they didn’t..and they chose grass maybe LE is looking for TM’s blood. Remember there’s a witness who says he saw a chase. Perhaps if the investigators find TM’s blood elsewhere (not where he lay dead) that would indicate GZ is lying about the entire confrontation.
BTW, do you know anything about Witness 31? I just got home & I read in yesterday’s released documents that the State handed over an audio tape of this witness. Just wondering if it’s been released yet?? You know..sometimes they save the best till last.

Rain would not totally wash away blood. Getting it from the grass may be able to substantiate or refute that it came from GZ, where he said he was laying on his back.
Thanks for the new docs too. When I saw the photo of Trayvon’s body, it looks like it was ROLLED over because it’s not flat. Certainly, it is not the position that GZ alleges that he placed Trayvon in to restrain him.
As usual, the Zimmerbots are happy about but yet misunderstanding immunity hearings. For one, GZ MUST take the witness stand and be cross-examined. Any inconsistencies will result in immunity being denied. I suppose O’Mara’s timing is right — have that hearing before Taaffe and Shellie are sentenced. (snort)

I agree Xena, I think O’Mara plan it right too. GZ’s reenactment is far from consistent, especially when he said he sat on TM’s back and spread his arms out. I really believe he said this as a way to explain any witness reports that might state he was on top of TM.
When Trayvon was shot in the left ventricle and lung, his body collapsed. He wasn’t breathing and certainly wasn’t talking. Considering Liar George will be forced to take the stand I’m confident that Judge Lester will see right thru all of his lies and inconsistencies even if O’Mara coaches him for weeks..because his initial statements to the investigators are the ones that matter the most.
I hope that the hearing is televised because I’d love to see Zman squirming in his seat. lol
JB, I’m with you on that. If they televise it, I will DVR it but actually, I am more inclined to believe it will never happen. GZ does not learn. He thinks he is always right. He is more inclined to argue with O’Mara so will never be prepared to take the stand.
Talk about his tale of being on Trayvon’s back — I agree and also think it was a CYA in the event he was tested for Trayvon’s blood or DNA on his hands.
There’s a comment on a lawyer’s blog that addresses GZ’s body language during the re-enactment. When he got to the part of being on the ground, he didn’t get on the ground to demonstrate. Also, he never looked up as a person on the ground would when describing what happened. GZ looked down. I’m going back to view the vid of his re-enactment again because I think that person is on to something.
Not that GZ’s body language will be tried in court, but to predict where (if that immunity hearing takes place) he is destined to lie again.

Every time I watch it, I catch another inconsistency.
For instance..
When speaking of Taafe’s house; he says, “the windows were open and the doors were unlocked”, how does he know the doors were unlocked?
And why does he keep referring back to the Taafe incident?
I also noticed how GZ catches himself when he begins to talk about going grocery shopping; he starts to say “his wife” then he quickly corrects himself and says ” I ”

He says he moved his car near the clubhouse when “he got through” as if he ended his call to 911. Then he says he pulled up to the clubhouse. Does this mean he ended his call with 911?? But in his next sentence he mentions he’s still on the phone with 911.
He apparently confused the cop too because the cop asked him, “is this where you got out?” He quickly says “no” he knows he just screwed up
He says TM walked up to his car..”he’s still looking at houses” This is where he sets up his alibi by saying the dispatcher asked him “where did he go — can you see him?” Georges says “no I can’t see him”. The dispatcher asks George, “can you get to where you can see him?” and this is when George says he moved his truck closer to the walk through.

I was trying to find his video if he has one of Zimmerman's originall 911 call to the dispatcher
and listen to his take on that call. On the tape to the 911 dispatcher he never said Trayvon was circling his car. When he said Trayvon was coming toward him and staring at him and something on his shirt, the first time, I got the impression he was walking toward Trayvon and not long after
Zimmerman murdered him.
On one of the videos in the reenactment you can see clearly the address on one of the condos.
Still the address meant nothing. He wasn't at the same address anyway when he called 911.
At the trial it will be interesting to hear the original 911 call, then show the video of his reenactment the following day, then his interview with Sean Hannidy.
VERY interesting after that to hear his version as he testifies he was standin his ground.

Hi Guys….I hit a little hic up with my medical deal,but feeling a little better.WHAT did I miss? I see MORE inconsistencies in the reenactment.I think for real that we have given up on even counting.You know for me now there are 2 things that kind of jump out at me as a human being watching the reenactment over & over.According to GZ less than 24 hours previous he had been in the FIGHT FOR HIS LIFE,EVEN HAD TO KILL A CHILD because the fight was so severe.He is so STUPID that he shows up in a white shirt that has NO SLEEVES,did anybody else see any bruises,abrasions,etc.? 2nd is him MENTALLY,he is talking as if he is still angry at Trayvon!! This has been not even 24 hours people that he TOOK a LIFE!! He acts as if he killed a bug! I remember 15 yrs ago,my neighbors dog got out,ran out in front of my car,I swerved,hit a brick mailbox,but still hit the dog,he was hurt,but not as bad as I thought at first.My point is I was a wreck,he was their family member like most of our pets are.I couldn’t eat,sleep,or function until his surgery was over & I knew he was going to be OK.I couldn’t get out of bed.GZ is acting like NOTHING has happened at all!! I can’t get over this non reaction.Even Serino kept asking him how is your “HEAD” in his talking to him,G’ answer “better”…Serino has to keep telling “no I gotta know how you head is,alot goes along with TAKING A LIFE! It wasn’t sinking in for him then & its STILL NOT.I think Hannity tried to help him out a little at the end of his show,but it didn’t work.I guess at this point maybe he could at least FAKE it a little,paint on bruises,abrasions,something.Either that or GZ…..PLEASE STOP INSULTING ALL OF US!! I’ve read an article pertaining to Florida’s “Attorney General’s Compensation Fund”. Apparently, before Zimmerman was arrested Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin filled out an application for compensation for their son and for this the Zimbots are upset.
What they fail to realize is that this was Sybrina and Tracy’s way to have the State recognize Trayvon as a victim. When you refer to someone as a “victim” then obviously there’s a perpetrator, it other words.. Arrest Zimmerman!
As most of us know, the best way to get the attention of the government is to ask for money. IMO, it was the right move.
The more lies Zim tells the more it makes me wonder WHY he wasn’t arrested in the first place. I hate to say it but I really think PaPa Zim the JUDGE had a lot to do with it because there’s no way GZ should have walked away from this shooting after he did the reenactment.

Yes JB! It’s a double-standard. To hear the Zimmbots, one would think that Trayvon had no rights. The idea that he was suppose to submit to GZ in Steppin’ Fetch-It style is appalling. However, it helps America see the real motivation behind GZ’s supporters. The FBI may not have found evidence that GZ committed a hate crime, but you cannot tell that by reading comments of his supporters.
By the way, remember when GZ was talking while waiting on his voice test, and said he didn’t go to the hospital because his insurance might not cover everything? Well, if he considered himself as a victim, he could have applied for reimbursement of out-of-pocket medical expenses.

Hmmm. It was my impression that witness 31 is the young boy who was walking his dog when he saw a person laying on their side on the grass yelling for help, his dog got away and he went after his dog, then heard the shot. That witness says he only saw one person. Depending on how that person was laying, it could have been Trayvon with GZ behind him holding his arm cop take down style in a wrist lock.
I could be completely wrong. I don’t think there has been a statment by the first person on the scene who took the IPhone pics. What encourages me is believing that the State would not have charged GZ with 2nd degree murder without having connected the dots to convict him.
The more I read about the bullet holes in Trayvon’s clothes not lining up with the bullet hole that killed him (indicating that his clothes were being held and pulled down), the more sick to my stomach I feel. GZ deliberately took Trayvon’s life.

Good afternoon everyone. I was wrong about witness 31. The teen I thought about has already entered his statement. While listening again to Serino’s interview of GZ, he mentioned an anonymous witness who said there was lots of verbal confrontation before things went to the ground. That witness stated that GZ tried to restrain Trayvon.
Considering that Serino bluffed (as most investigators do), I don’t think the anonymous witness was a bluff. Neither do I think that witness is anonymous to the prosecution.

I’m trying to catch-up. It appears that O’Mara is appealing Judge Lester’s order not to step-down. I’m not sure of Florida’s rules, but it seems that if he doesn’t motion to stay proceedings, that Judge Lester will be able to continue until the Appellate Court decides. If proceedings are stayed, it can be a very long time before anything else is heard in the trial court. I was anticipating the State charging GZ with perjury and violation of his bond (since he had indirect contact with the victim’s parents), but it seems that O’Mara’s appeal might be used to prevent that.
Really need to hear from a practicing attorney in Florida on this. It was my impression that recusals are not final orders. (Research time!)
Oh yes — money, money. George and Shellie could get jobs working from home. They could sell Avon through George’s website. He worked in the mortgage industry and there are lots of employees who do that work from home. But mainly, it might be a sitation where no one in their right mind will hire a guy accused of murder, nor a woman who blatantly lied to the court.
About his driver’s license — it was my impression that was part of the school’s records for when he registered.
O’Mara’s attitude that George is the victim makes me grind my teeth. So he can’t work. Heck, he got a note from his doctor to return to work. He abandoned his job! So he’s afraid for his safety. Well guess what? Many young Black males are afraid for their safety because of folks like George and law enforcement who take on the role of jury and allow them to go free. Many mothers are afraid for the safety of their sons because of folks like George.

Hmmm. O’Mara stated, “Facts do not seem to support a stand your ground case, I think the facts suggest in this case that what probably happened was my client was reacting to having his nose broken.”
So GZ has the right to pull his gun, aim and shoot Trayvon in the heart, out of retaliation for being hit in the nose, when there is no evidence other than hearsay that his nose was broken???? No x-ray, and no visit to an ENT specialist as the physician recommended.
But I’ve been saying all along that GZ cannot prevail on SYG because the lawful argument is, if not but for the fact that GZ got out of his vehicle and followed Trayvon, the two would not have come into physical contact. Actually, that still applies.
Did O’Mara forget GZ’s claim that Trayvon was feeling him up for his gun? Oh, stupid me. That can’t be proven either. Getting his head bashed? That was why he did the shimmy to the grass, causing his jacket to raise and reveal his gun. That in fact, GZ says Trayvon had both hands over his face at the time, so he wasn’t being hit in the nose then.
Oh — I KNOW. (Waving hand like in classroom.) It’s because no DNA or blood foreign to Trayvon was found on Trayvon’s hands. So O’Mara has to throw out the rest of GZ’s story and go for the part about a broken nose, although it is only substantiated by hearsay.
O’Mara is playing to the arguments of GZ’s supporters. He is trying to get that money.

But I have to admit that I get a giggle knowing that GZ’s supporters have dwindled down and he is not gaining more. Could he really believe that he could betray their trust and have them donate more money to him?
I don’t know what the filing fee is in Florida’s Appellate Courts, but the cost of copying and binding can be significant. I’ve done that in Illinois, and it ran about $80 not including FedEx. That was just the opening brief. You do it all over again with the reply brief.
O’Mara is also talking about deposing witnesses. Again, I’m not familiar with Florida rules but in Illinois, witnesses are paid mileage and a witness fee to attend deposition. Then, there’s the cost of the stenographer and/or videographer. I assisted an attorney in a deposition and the stenographer charged $125 for an hour’s work. That does not include the written transcript. Budget-wize, you can double the cost, which means $250 to get the sworn statement in written form. This is only an estimate for an hour long deposition. The longer the deposition, the more it costs.
And O’Mara said he had about 50 sworn statements to get!!! He’s looking at a cost around $15,000 just for deposing for an hour. Expert witnesses cost more. So here is what I hear him saying; “If you support George and want him to have a fair trial, you have to send more money because we can’t afford to get sworn witness statements without more money.”
Oh — and that also depends on whether he has to subpoena witnesses with service by a private process server. That can run him around $35 per service. If he has to subpoena all 50, that is another $1,750 out of the pot.
Can’t say I feel sorry for GZ one bit.

As I recall O’Mara reported they were averaging $1,000 a day. And BTW, I don’t believe for one minute that O’Mara hasn’t been paid because of the time and money it takes to file motions and such. Just like I don’t believe O’Mara’s sorry ass story about the passport. Judge Lester did him a favor because without a doubt, had that been Jose Baez, he would have been sanctioned and more than likely lost his license.
It’s apparent to me that O’Mara is well established in Seminole county courthouse. Never in my life have I heard such sappy disgusting accolades regarding a defense attorney. When he first took on representing GZ, I looked him up. Same with the attorney he subsequently hired. Their reputation appears to be getting reduced sentences or life sentences rather than the death penalty.
Reading the arguments of the Zimmbots, then O’Mara’s argument at the second bond hearing where he attempted to blame Trayvon for his own victimization, along with his motion to recuse Judge Lester, it is my impression that O’Mara is taking legal advice from GZ supporters via GZ, or at least playing to them. Maybe he assumed that keeping them satisfied would result in more donations. It sounds as though it has resulted in less donations.
O’Mara doesn’t understand the nature of GZ supporters. They could care less about how GZ is currently living. All they want is a venue to denigrate Trayvon, his parents, the media, Rev. Sharpton, AG Holder, SA Corey, and even President Obama. I’ve tried — I’ve tried to keep the race issue out of this, but GZ’s supporters paint everything with racist bigotry.
Oh yes JB, the case was mismanaged from the start. But then, GZ admitted to killing Trayvon, and they assumed it was a clear case of murder until GZ claimed he was standing his ground — a law he alleges to not knowing about, although the Orr case was in the Florida newspapers. GZ’s scripted call to 911 was the perfect law enforcement script to commit justifiable homicide, so GZ at least knew the law as it applies to LE. Problem for him is, he’s not a deputized anything!

There is something in the Zimmerman family’s psychology that comes out loud and clear. That is, they believe they are better than others. GZ is charged with 2nd degree murder, but expects special treatment. They are so afraid of others that their lives have stopped and strangers are suppose to give them money for them to use as they like.
Nevermind that in April, GZ used the donations to better his financial status, probably moreso than those donating to him. They are not suppose to forget that and send him more money now? GZ abandoned his job long before he was charged. What was he going to do if he had not been charged?
All those family gatherings, but there’s no extended family to help them. We are not to wonder if GZ’s allleged molestation has anything to do with his being estranged from his family, right? Is Shellie an orphan? No siblings, parents that they can live with?
George and Shellie can’t work because no employer in their right mind will hire an accused murderer and liar about money — now or in the future.

JB, O’Mara misrepresents lots of things in that petition. Hopefully, the State will set it all out for the Appellate Court Justices.
The Justices might also question O’Mara’s way of conducting that bond hearing. After the State’s cross-examination of Shellie, O’Mara could have called GZ to the stand to clear up any misunderstandings about the donated money. But he didn’t. He allowed GZ to sit there like a “potted palm”.
The thing about the release of witness 9′s statements and the other phone calls is a joke because those things do not prejudice the judge. Does O’Mara think that more people go on the internet to read those things than people sat in their living room and watched GZ on Sean Hannity’s program? Taint the jury pool? HA!!! Apparently, GZ was trying to taint the jury pool by seeking more people to believe his side of the story and give him their money.

I apologize for not being ladylike. The double-standard that has been demonstrated in this case just rakes against my spirit.
The Capias — I didn’t see it until AFTER GZ said that he didn’t know whether he actually shot Trayvon. There is wording much like the statute that Corey charged that woman with who fired a gun into the house and then claimed SYG. I don’t remember the name of the defendant now, but there is a statutory sentence of 25 yrs. Florida jury instructions provide for jurors to find on other offenses if they don’t find on the major offense. The point being, when GZ discharged his gun, he did so in a residential area. Saying that he did not know that he had actually shot Trayvon and based on his statement of what he did thereafter, he had a reckless disregard for human life, as the bullet could have hit another person.
Corey knows her stuff! GZ may not go to prison for life, but 25 yrs might as well be the rest of his life.
Witness 31: Here’s my guess. Relying on Serino NOT bluffing about an anonymous witness saying there was significant verbal confrontation before things went to the ground, I remembered CNN’s Anderson Cooper interviewing such a person.
Also, the prosecution is bound to show the photo of Trayvon that was shown to Tracy to identify him. Tracy describes that photo as seeing a tear on Trayvon’s cheek and saliva on his mouth. That is the face of someone who was crying and screaming. No judge in the immunity hearing, and no jury at trial, is going to believe it was GZ screaming for help after seeing Trayvon’s death face. Dead people do talk.

Re: GZ claiming no knowledge of SYG. That would mean that someone with the police entered a defense for him, would it not? He was not represented by legal counsel until well after he was released and a Special Prosecutor appointed, so who knew of that law and decided it was his defense?
It is possible that GZ read the newspapers and learned of the Orr case. That in fact, his allegations pretty much mirror those used by Orr. Orr claimed that the victim came from behind him and tackled him to the ground; banged his head on the sidewalk; placed his hand over his face to smother him; and told him he was going to die. Orr also claimed that he was pinned down and had no alternative than to use deadly force. Orr did not tell anyone that he suffers with PSTD until later. Orr stabbed the man 75 times. That was in Oct. 2011.
The problem for GZ is that Orr’s immunity hearing wasn’t held until March 2012, and the judge denied him immunity. The prosecution argued the inconsistencies in Orr’s statements and forensic evidence.
It’s my opinion, but there is a great likihood that GZ knew of the Orr case, discussed it in class, and prematurely concluded that Orr would prevail.

Each time MOM retells the story of Feb 26th, he starts in middle. Sure, if you want to say GZ was walking along the path minding his own business and some kid jumped out of the bushes and attacked him..Of course it’s a self-defense case but that’s not what happened.
The entire altercation began when GZ was on the phone with 911 reporting TM as a suspicious person. During that phone call GZ jumps out of his truck and begins RUNNING after TM.
It’s at this point that the altercation began.
GZ is the aggressor, TM was “standing his ground.”so all bets are off.
GZ can lie until he’s blue in the face but NO ONE with a half of brain will listen to that 911 tape and believe he was looking for an address when he is so hell bent in catching the suspicious person.
Now if MOM miraculously finds a way to get the 911 call thrown out… MAYBE then he’ll have a chance but I seriously doubt that’ll happen. lol
I really wish O’Mara would stop pretending he believes this guy. IMO, He’s making a fool of himself.

By claiming traditional self-defense, O’Mara is hoping to avoid everything that happened before the altercation. Traditional self-defense allows the aggressor to use deadly force if his/her life is in imminent harm. The problem for O’Mara is that GZ cannot credibily claim that he suffered any injuries causing him to fear death. It’s not because of what anyone says about the injuries or their seriousness, or the amount of blood but rather, what GZ thought. Did he believe that he was suffering life-threatening injuries? No. Why? Because he failed to go to the hospital. He failed to see an ENT specialist as recommended by his personal physician, and he failed to have his nose x-rayed to confirm whether it was broken. That in fact, GZ visited his personal physician to get a return to work authorization.
When he went on the re-enactment later, GZ did not have any professionally applied bandages. Shellie put big-arse bandaids intended for fingers on GZ’s head and nose. A physician apparently did not believe that the scars required bandages.
Only GZ knows how he acquired his injuries, but the one thing the prosecution has to question his credibility on life-threatening injuries is the lab report. GZ claimed that Trayvon bashed his head, punched him in the face, and used his hands to cover his broken nose and his mouth. The lab report provides that no DNA or blood foreign to Trayvon Benjamin Martin was found on Trayvon’s fingernail clippings.

I went to pick up my cousin we were going to just visit some family that day, when I got there, she thought she was having a heart attack. I called 911and they were there immediately and yes they took her to the hospital, they didn’t ask first if she had insurance.

O’Mara said that he needs to get sworn statements (depositions) from 50 witnesses, starting with LE and paramedics who arrived first at the scene. Even IF the depos average one hour each, that is more than a week’s worth. Then there is having the statements transcribed, serving them on the State and erratas (I think that’s what they are called.) It’s when corrections are needed in the transcripts. This discovery process can take more than 2 mths.
After O’Mara does that, he can plan GZ’s immunity hearing. Once he files that petition, the court will schedule the hearing. But here is O’Mara’s problem now — the Appellate Court has ruled that the Writ appealling Judge Lester’s order does not stay the proceedings. That means that Judge Lester still presides over the case. If O’Mara does not want Judge Lester presiding, then he is in limbo and cannot enter any pleadings in the case until after the Apellate’s Court decision.
It is my opinion that the Appellate Court will affirm Judge Lester’s order.
In the meanwhile, we have O’Mara saying that GZ isn’t doing good. He is living like a hermit. He doesn’t have enough money to continue paying for security and needs to leave Seminole County. He wants to motion the court to amend the bond order and allow GZ to leave the County. If he does that now, Judge Lester presides.
Watching the vid, I hear O’Mara using lots of “attorney-speak.” He doesn’t know — he has to put the “puzzle” together. It’s only a “puzzle” because his client lies. None of the pieces fit into other pieces because his client consistently changes the pattern of the pieces.

Some things are very difficult to put in words. It’s like seeing a wall-sized picture and trying to describe it in detail. That is what Zimmermeth’s supporters are like.
Zimmermeth supporters could care less about him. They are using him to wage a war of hatred and oppression against Blacks. If they truly believe in his innocence, he would not be broke and still begging for money.
What they resent is that a group of people organized and made the killing of Trayvon known. All along, they resented the race of the people that accomplished media attention and eventually lead to an investigation. The media was suppose to say “no.” But it just happens that the media has Blacks working for it, and they said yes. Too much power. So they label all media sources that have Black journalists or hosts as “liberal.”
In their minds, Blacks have too much power, too much authority, and they need to be put in their place. To prove that they are not entitled to equal rights, they use denigration, demeaning, humiliation, and lies. They have no fear of their god, no fear of reaping because in their minds, they are superior and can use whatever means are necessary to accomplish evil and call it good.
In their minds, if GZ is acquitted, it means an installation of fear in Black males. Fear that is used to control, oppress. It’s really nothing different than KKK methods of old only now, they have the internet to hide behind rather than hoods.

JB, I could write a book about it — literally. The characteristics of women abusers mirrors the characteristics of White Supremacists. I don’t like those characteristics in anyone regardless of race or gender. It first seeks to cut off all relationships so that the only thing heard is the denigration and demeaning. It breaks down the human soul. It seeks to accomplish a co-dependency that renders its victims in the proverbial bare-foot and pregnant state. It is done mainly to women and Blacks to make them servants — slaves.
Why not other minorities? Because most other minorities have not been removed so long from their homeland culture and language that they have an alternative or a common-ness that organizes their community. But think about this — when there are no minorities in the neighborhood, or workplace, the same abuser/superiority charactistics promote discrimination and hate against the Irish, Polish, Italians, Germans, Swedish, etc. It always finds someone inferior. It never seeks what people have in common to understand that the things common to man do not discriminate, such as hunger, sickness, disease and yes — even death.
I suppose that is why I become a bag of mixed of emotions of sadness and anger when I hear the Zimbots say things like they should dig up Trayvon’s body and shoot him again, or put human excrement on it. Their ignorance is so profound that it zaps all of my energy to make an effort to reason with them. No one knows when they will die, or how. It’s nothing to mock. Death does not discriminate.
On 911 I am sure there were people who woke-up and took their vitamins, or jogged, or stopped first at the gym for a workout, to improve or maintain a healthy life. Some checked their bank accounts and others had no need to because of their wealth. But when those planes hit the towers, death did not look at who was healthy or sick, young or old, Black, Brown, Yellow or White, rich or poor.

Here its been raining all day..so I’ve been doing a little extra house cleaning…like moving furniture and vacuuming behind the frigde. LOL I found some Coco-Puffs under there. Sad to say but my grandson hasn’t been here since Mardi Gras so that must tell you something.

Marilyn, I was thinking the same thing. Where are GZ’s phone records?? When did he call Mark Osterman? And who else did he called???
Actually I believe it will be Shellie who’ll betray George. She’s definitely the weakest link and I think GZ knows it. I can tell by the way he talks to her that he thinks he’s the superior one. Ha!
Hmm.. I hope Shellie shows him who wears the pants! Haha! She might not want to go down with the ship.. She may really want to lead a normal life and become a nurse which means..she may plea deal during her perjury trial??? Just wishful thinking…but I’d LOVE to see it happen.

HA! Osterman. He is the one on the M&I Bank vid, located just across from RTT. The prosecution has entered that into evidence. Osterman has to be wondering how that implicates him in the events of the evening. Thus far, GZ’s phone log has not been released as evidence. So, I am of the impression, once again, that the prosecution is not showing its entire hand.
I am unfamiliar with how schools of higher learning operate in the State of Florida, as well as employers. Here in Illinois, any arrest (regardless of outcome of the case) is considered a disqualifier for certain school majors and employment. Nursing is one. When I worked at the courthouse, there were many people who came there seeking to expunge arrest records because they had been denied enrollment in CNA and Nursing programs.
As well, we need to look not only at the charge of perjury against Shellie, but also what she lied about and her demeanor when doing so. She lied about money. Her actions, in terms of law enforcement, fit into the category of being a thief and there is a presumption that all thieves lie. It is my impression that Shellie can forget about being a nurse, a cashier, or working in any other capacity where honesty is important.
Florida does have expungement law, which surprised me when it came to GZ. If that charge of assault against a law enforcement officer was “nothing,” it should qualify for expungement, but GZ has not petitioned the court to remove that from his arrest record. Maybe it does not qualify because although he served no jail time, the court “sentenced” him to other requirements.
Since Osterman has stated that GZ was abused by his mother and estranged from his family, Dr. Phil is most likely to focus on that. It is GZ’s way of painting himself a a victim and not being held accountable for his actions on 2/26/12. Also, he might feel it is necessary to paint his parents as monsters in the event people are donating money to his parents who are not donating to him. Or, it could be an act of vindictiveness because his parents are “competing” with him.

Did you see Snoop’s PhotoBucket account? She had the bank pictures of Osterman at the drive up window. I’ll see if I can find them for us.
I think Osterman is the State’s “ace in the hole” sort of like OJ’s Kato Kaelin or Scott Peterson’s Amber Frye.
I can picture Osterman on the stand for a long time.

Looks like O’Mara is back in court this coming Friday. He wants to quash a subpoena served by the State for GZ’s medical records.

Oh..that’s the best news ever! Now why would O’Mara want to hide GZ’s medical records?? Ahh..very interesting. Considering TM’s toxicology report was put out there for the World to see..I don’t know why we can’t see George’s.

Why, thank you. It only took me several weeks to learn how to have it follow me around the blogs. LOL! I don’t mind being in moderation. With so many hateful, disrespectful folks, you almost have to moderate in order to prevent a huge “clean-up” job later. I downloaded the Div X without any problem. The only thing now is that I continue getting messages for updates. I can’t imagine using it for anything else but then, who knows?
