That’s what her new attorney Charles Greene is predicting. Agreed, I do see the writing on the wall. Morgan & Morgan have the Really Big Show scheduled for early January 2013, that’s if we all don’t perish on December 21, 2012.
It’s a good thing that Judge Munyon didn’t schedule the trial a couple of weeks earlier or Casey would be blamed for that too.
I’ve been sitting back waiting for the next viable Anthony story. We’ve seen the Oh-So-Intriguing Casey Anthony video introducing her new dog, Smooch. We’ve been through the media fanfare of how the video was released and the mystery of who released it and most recently the latest announcement that Casey Anthony will soon be baptized all awhile she hides out from the hog wild investigators of Morgan & Morgan law firm.

Due to over zealous investigators quick to make unfounded accusations released to the media the woman’s name and personal information as a potential suspect. No one would have seen a picture of the plaintiff had the investigators not jumped to conclusions.

Thanks for the compliment on the last thread, JB, and for putting my comment here. I love your choice of before and after for Casey, too funny. I think Morgan expected to get some big national exposure for a little bit of effort so, of course, he would be disappointing to find out they actually have to do some work to prepare for trial, not to mention dealing with Cindy and George all over again. LOL.
Do you wonder if Green expects to get paid for his time at some point or if he is doing this out of the goodness of his heart? Many don’t believe that Baez or Mason would help her for nothing, that they at least are doing it for publicity. Why is it so many don’t have faith in the goodness of mankind? A study showed the brain of those given a reward for giving, produced more oxytocin and were much more likely to give all they had away, due to the experience of the oxytocin. Does this sound like the selflessness of a mother? Women will probably recognize this hormone. It is at very high levels during and after birth, breastfeeding, etc. Women naturally have much more of this than men but being rewarded for selflessness causes more to be produced. This study came out of Germany. For some reason the FDA won’t allow oxytocin to be studied here. Why would that be? I have a couple of ideas. This hormone gives a feeling of reward, satisfaction when doing a selfless act. I think Baez, Mason and Greene all have more than the average man.
While I think that it is admirable the way that Baez, Mason, and Greene, along with numerous other attorneys that helped as well, I do not think that all of their time has been pro bono. I do think that some or even the majority of the hours they have put in could have been pro bono (especially Mason).
I am under the impression, and this is not from any single source, or even any source at all really, it is just a gut feeling, that Casey already has a book/movie deal in place. I also think this deal could be close to being as lucrative as the deal Amanda Knox has. Again, this is just a hunch so to speak, but nearly every high profile case over the past 50 plus years, has ended up with a book and as often as not, with a movie. I think Mason, Greene and even Baez will be getting a cut from this book/movie deal. Even if I am wrong, and there is no book/movie deal, Baez, Mason and Greene have had lots of exposure in the media, and that exposure turns into name recognition, which brings in clients, which brings in money. If they have done everything pro bono, they are even more admirable than I have made them out to be.
The world wants to know what Casey has to say. They want to hear her side. Granted, there are a large number of people who swear they could care less, and they won’t buy a book or watch the movie, and they will boycott, boycott and boycott some more. However, in the grand scheme of things, I think this large number of people is a relatively miniscule percentage of the population. A very, very generous estimate, in my opinion would be upwards of 1 million people. That is a tiny percentage of what 7 billion worldwide LOL. Ok, so how many million would actually be interested in a book/movie that is Casey’s side of the story, told by Casey? Obviously not 7 billion, but I believe a modest estimate would be in the millions, if not tens of millions. The Caylee Laws are being introduced nationwide, and the murder trial was a worldwide sensation. I think there is still a ton of interest, and that the vast majority of people that were interested in this case, still want to hear what Casey has to say. We are nosey people LOL. We also will have a difficult time finding closure, until we hear what she has to say. Yes, its very possible what she has to say will be lies, but she has no legal reason to lie. They can’t touch her if she did do it (which I doubt), so there are no repercussions aside from possibly more hatred thrown her way if she does say she did it. She may lie though, if she is protecting someone else. If she didn’t murder Caylee, and if she does know how Caylee ended up in the swamp, that piece of information would be very nice to know.
Munyon may let this trial move forward, but I think Greene did an outstanding job, and he and his legal team covered all the bases, and gave Munyon an outstanding motion to consider. From a legal standpoint, it would seem Munyon should grant this motion, which of course would put an end to the carnival act (not big enough yet to be a circus act) that M&M has made this civil case out to be. Of course, all of the above, is my humble opinion only.

I know the media is needed but we just need a balance where both sides are told. Look what happened in the Anthony case. Look what happened when others attempted to tell the other side. Devil’sAdvocate, I agree that there could very well be a book, movie deal in the works and they could get a cut of it. That and her pictures are the only resource Casey has to offer them. But I disagree that publicity helps Mason or that any except Baez may have needed it. Mason was ready to retire and Greene has been around the block and back, already has his reputation in place, just like Mason. I agree that Munyon should grant this motion but something is making me wonder if she wants the trial. I think it is because Casey is not obligated by law to attend trial and she has a legal right to take the 5th so there is no reason for her to be there, yet Munyon said they can subpoena her. Red flag in my opinion. How much money does a huge trail bring to Orange county? Probably lots because outside media and curiosity seekers come to town. I could tell by her body language she followed Greene’s argument better than Mitnik’s. So, if she can’t find a plausible reason under the law to move forward, I think she will grant the summary judgment.
One of their subpoenas was returned unserved, BTW.

Hi JB et al!!! I see that Morgan finally took Nancy Graces’ advice and ‘cleaned up and ‘covered up’ Ms. Gonzalez!!! It just took a little less than 4 years; lol! Yes the media has had full control over these cases since the OJ Simpson case. Nancy Grace has no shame in stirring up public rage. I am fairly new to studying these cases and have always been in the minor majority in that I personally have the opinion that OJ Simpson, Scott Peterson and Casey Anthony are all 3 innocent of what they were charged with!!! With all of the DNA evidence of the Simpson case – none was his; with the Scott Peterson case there was No Evidence, yet, because the media disliked him; many lies are still slung out over the airwaves trying to keep him on death row – Nancy Grace stated that if he was found not guilty that she would ‘eat crow’ hoping that when his appeal comes up- that I will actually see her do that!!! Maybe Casey can market a T-shirt that says ‘I SURVIVED NANCY GRACE’!!!

I’m not sure what the average age range is amongst those of us who post here, but I’m almost 34 and I feel like as soon as I hit 30 I started to feel like most of what I thought was true and real in this life, was now subject to question. Im on this new journey of self discovery, and broad vision. Sometimes I have to practice self restraint because if half of the stuff that came up, came out, my sanity would likely be in question:-) T his is off subject, but do you have any opinion about this sort of life cycle or the feeling of advancing to higher levels of awareness as we reach cartain ages or milestones? I hear alot of women say 50 is a major one:-)
Dizny- I, of course don’t have a clue as to what your theories consist of, but I can’t imagine that there is too much that wouldn’t be “OK” to post. I don’t know how much or how far back you have read here, but I know, I have posted some pretty controversial stuff. If you feel more comfortable, You should take Zubans advice, JB is THE mod, I believe the only thing she would not want posted is offensive type stuff. Anyway, I dug a little bit today with some of your questions in mind, still digging, but looking forward to hearing more. I can totally understand the IPad deal, this tablet I’m using is so sensitive, and I have accidentally erased so much stuff, aaahhh, its so irritating! My opinion is that the defense is a fairy tale. I am still unsure about the sexual abuse because thankfully I have never had personal experience with it in any way. My feelings start with Lee coming over to visit GA for Father’s Day. He probably did save Casey from Mom and took her to his house to separate the two of them. A cooling off period if you will. Early next morning Casey gets the call from the house phone (probably from GA) to come home to take care of Caylee. Back she goes. George had probably already dressed Caylee (which explains how he knew what she was wearing) and fed her, so Casey goes about her usual routine. She probably left just as he said she did. Even if he got the color of Casey’s pants wrong doesn’t mean he lied. At least not then. She changed sometime later on and could have changed Caylee as well. Possibly when she came back to the house after he went to work?
Now here are my reasons for not believing the accidental pool drowning. I have 5 kids and 3 grand kids and we have always had pools. Kids learn routines quickly and Caylee seemed very bright. If it had been an under ground pool I could imagine poor little Caylee accidentally falling in in her clothes while no one was watching her. But it seems to me that routines were followed and the family followed Cindy’s lead. Their house seems pretty dang organized. I am impressed! Surely Caylee knew to wear a swimsuit. And if that wasn’t the case, she might have stripped. I might be wrong but wasn’t it said somewhere that Caylee liked the jets on her naked body? She wasn’t found in her suit. She was dressed. Imagine how traumatic that would have to be for George. Unlikely! Casey woudn’t have put too small shorts on her. Basically rules out that scenario for me.
In fact, I can’t picture GA knowing anything about Caylee at this point. Cindy didn’t mention a difference in him. He went the next day with a very composed professional attitude and applied for a new job which he got. That paperwork was involved and yet he looked super on paper. I am not a psychologist but that seems impossible to me unless someone is disturbed. Dr Phil seems to believe most of what the Anthony’s claim? Yes they lied at points, but to have been in on it from the start, unimaginable.
So something happened later on that only Casey knows.
Yawning! Off to bed now. Tomorrow I will start on the phone log and texts. Interesting stuff there, very interesting!

The only reason people have given her a second thought is because of the lawsuit. Other than that, she’s a very small potato in the Casey Anthony saga. She should be happy.
Dizney- OK, glad you were able to post! Yes, interesting start. It so far sounds similar to some of my and others here. Every scenario Is different, I personally feel that George was a preditor, but I’m still wondering if that was a direct or indirect part of all this. I never felt that the defense’s story was the whole story, I keep thinking it was just merely to illistrate to the jury that there are lots of plausable angles and suspects just as, if not more likely that the explanation the prosecutors offered. I have always felt that when the whole story comes out, it will be way to the left of popular belief.
When I scanned today with the CMA 1980, I came across some interesting info that leaned toward the idea that maybe Casey suffered from MPD. Is this something you are thinking of?
Just got my younger kids off to school and have a whole day of housework planned, but wanted to check in on things. Glad to see that maybe the problems I had posting yesterday weren’t just because of my stupidity. Others had some as well? Thanks K and JB for the encouragement. I really don’t want to speculate on Casey’s mental health status. I have decided to email some thoughts to JB and post others.
The main thought I had was that Casaey could have had other aliases. When researching the names from her phone and any names from her friends depo’s I found most of them to have criminal records. Many of them for DWLS and NVDL. Lots of aliases. In fact, even though I don’t want to post the link here, since I am not sure how that works. If you look up KioMarie you will see how strange her name was input. Yes, she was arrested recently. Wasn’t she the one that was referenced as being involved in identity theft? That’s not what she was arrested for though.
I want to read the phone logs and texts one more time before I post my thoughts and questions. I am certain those Myspace alerts hold lots of clues. I will put that email together for JB as well. I just have to do it between loads of laundry. I’ll be back later.

Good questioni, KMiller. We have many major milestones in life and you’ve crossed a couple.
18 or so, the Lunar node return to place of birth, officially an adult ready to enter the adult world and form adult relationships.
28-30 or so, Saturn return, a time of assessing where life is headed, if we have the security we need, in the right career, etc. Many feel that 30 is a huge milestone but I barely noticed it, maybe because I have an unstressed Saturn. If the person hasn’t learned to discipline self this time can be hard because then he becomes our satan, accusor.
40 or so, Uranus opposite Uranus is a time we call our midlife crisis, to one extent or another. It is the time we may break free from anything that doesn’t fit with out unique self. Many divorces happen around this time or the seeds are planted. If you’ve given up who you are, you will likely rebel and take it back.
50 or so, Chiron return, not a major planet but a maverick Centaur asteroid, more like a comet sometimes. He may bring a health or wounding issue to light that must be dealt with. It may be something we had warnings about in the past, if we listened to our body or our emotions. Now it comes full force, quite often. Here is our chance to either heal that wound or else learn to demand a handicap accessible environment, which is our right. This may not be physical but it hurts just the same. If we don’t tend to the wound it may become physical. Those that die before their time probably didn’t attend to what Chiron was whispering in their ear. Mine involved ulnar and median nerve issues as well as not being respected and valued for my unique abilities and limitations. I soon realized that Saturn gives me the clue that arm nerves are where my main physical limitations are (Saturn in the house of the hands and arms). The story of Chiron’s conception and childhood gives clues to other types of wounding we may need to heal. He was conceived through trickery and basically rape. He was abandoned by both of his parents, left to fend for himself. He was adopted by a mentor who taught him how to heal, using plants that are sometimes called poisons. While trying to help a friend with one of his poisons, he accidentally wounded himself, a mortal wound but he couldn’t die. He gave up his immortality to be free from the pain but he was made immortal anyway, through the constellation Sagittarius.
To bring this post back to the topic, Casey Anthony, she has a lingering imbalance involved with her wound. The key to balance is through speech, talking. Chiron can also show were we might wound others, either outright or not intentional if we repress our own wounding and refuse to face it head on. Casey’s Chiron is tied to Caylee’s significator for separation, upheaval and accidents, as well as any open adversary and specifically a grandparent. When I said I saw a potential accident, that could also have been the grandparent. Caylee’s accident/grandparent significator was hit and then Casey’s Chiron was hit early on June 17 but may have been activated the day before as the energy grew. Casey’s imbalance involves an authority figure, most likely her father, as well as her ability to trust and tell the truth. Of course, if Cindy really was the head of household and disciplinarian then this could be her. But regardless of who it is, it is a reflection of how well she trusts all authority, including police. Casey has held some shocking secrets that are detrimental to her in a big way. It looks similar to me as someone I know that was molested at 5 by a teen relative then again at 13 by a non family adult and never told anyone, leaving both perpetrators to possibly continue.
60 or so, the 2nd Saturn return where we are ready to reap the rewards of our developed self sufficiency and self responsibility or else suffer dark golden years. These are just some of our milestones, there are more.
Disney Di, I’m not positive but I think Lee was out of town on June 16. I am sure that George got Caylee’s clothes all wrong and I highly doubt that Casey put her in those shorts that were much too small. I doubt she was even wearing them. Next, Baez would be pushing the boundaries if he were to make up any of his open statement that he stated as fact as he knew it. It had to come from Casey and/or his investigation. Even if he would risk his career with a made up story, Mason wouldn’t have stuck it out, I’m sure. Next, yes, Caylee could have went in the pool naked but someone had to put those shorts with her and I would believe it was George much faster than I’d believe Casey did it. Guys are much less likely to get the right size than the mother or a woman. I believe Casey would have put mamma doll with her too, for two possible reasons, to make it look more like a kidnapping after she was left with the sitter or because it was Caylee’s favorite toy and is symbolic of momma being with her baby, resting together. On June 16 and the following days there is no sign on her phone records that she left her home neighborhood until just before time for mom to come home. I don’t believe she left Caylee in those woods but if she did she hung around until late afternoon, leaving before Cindy got home. That just doesn’t make sense to me.
DiznyDi, I don’t pull up anything on K Cruz under any name form at Orange County clerk. What am I missing. Other than T Frank I’ve written about here, I’ve seen no criminal history for her friends. Of course, that doesn’t mean I didn’t miss something.
Zuban, thanks so much for taking the time to address my question, I was actually a little afraid it was silly of me to ask:-) I know I said it before, but you have so much wisdom, thank you for sharing your gifts. I believe we all have gifts, and the key to happiness in life is realizing what gifts you have, and finding a way to use them, and also as you mentioned, I think its equally important to realize our weaknesses and learn how to cope. I truly feel that so much strength can come from not only realizing our weaknesses, but admitting them to others. I like your referring to this as demanding a handicapped accessible environment. I used to be afraid to do that, fearing that it would make me seem weak, but now I’m finding, “closed mouths don’t get fed”.
The age 50 milestone was really enlightening. I remember when my Mom turned 50, it was like the flood gates of trapped demons from childhood flew open, and she, after turning to alcohol and a series ofnangry, violent, and hurtful episodes, she is finally on the road to healing. She is part of a group therapy program, and being able to talk about it, especially with others who relate, has worked wonders!
Your assessment about the secrets that Casey has held, and how they have affected her, and her trust in authority figures, that is another thing that made me think of my Mom. Once she started to heal, she began revealing to me many of the secrets she has held inside. Some of the secrets, I wondered why she felt she could not share, they were things I felt weren’t any cause to make her feel the utter shame she expressed, she cried hysterically, but of course I didn’t make light, I now realize it was more her fear of judgement. Other secrets make my stomach churn to think of them, made me see her as a most a stranger, how could she have all this in her past and, things that made me wonder how she has survived, made me wonder how or why God would allow all of these terrible things to happen to just one person.
Why is it do you think that some people just seem to be a magnet for travesty? I can say with all honesty that my mother is a beautiful person inside and out she was a very loving mother, she is very giving, caring, and humble, she has always stressed the importance of treating everyone with respect and doing the right thing, even when no one is looking. I think Casey is a good person too, she takes alot of pride in being known as the “mother” of the group, taking care of her friends and catering to them. Everyone described her as a good person, and always smiling and happy. I would describe her and my mother as people pleasers. So again, why would they have so much happen to them? Of course we see examples of this all around, in history, etc. People who were good people, but had alot of terrible stuff happen to them. I know this post is getting long, I don’t want to seem to ramble too much, but I just wanted to quickly mention the main things my mom has been thru, and most is the same as Casey. At the age of 5 she witnesses her father murder another man at her home. Her father shot him at close range with a double barrel shotgun and then fled leaving my mother there to watch him die while he spent his last breaths pleading for her to help. She still feels guilty even though realistically she had no way to help, he had no chance to live. after years of him being in prison, my Mom being known as the kid who’s dad is a murderer, my mother a victim of molestation, clearly a prime target had all the qualities preditors look for. She was molested by 2 different men, and I believe one of her brothers, she has not been able to elaborate on the yet. She Became pregnant the 16 and when my brother was 32 days old he became I’ll with a fever and died in the hospital. There are other things, but those are the main things. The icing on the cake was after years of my mother beleiving, as most kids want to, that her father wasn’t evil, just was overcome with anger, and made a terrible decision he told her, many years later that he was glad he did it, and given the chance he would do it again. OK, just wanted to give you a clearer understanding of the circumstances. I guess this all has been why it is a little easier to believe Casey is a victim, and horrible things do happen to people, even good people.

She is on a Florida Arrests/Mugshots website. Orange County by the name of Kiomarie Torrescruz. No spaces, just like I typed it. Arrested 12/27/2011. That is where I found lots of KC’s friends. I had to be very creative with the names, but the pictures were there. The aliases were many. The only person I just can’t find there that we know was arrested is the CMA 1980. Where did she go? I feel very uncomfortable writing anymore about her here.
KC’S info is there. I think there is a way to have your photo redacted even though the arrest info stays. There are several cases like that on the site. KC is listed as a “celebrity”. How “odd”?
The strange thing is that she is not in the DOC records even though she is still on probation.
There are some really strange coincidences if you start looking there. For instance, another “Zenaida” was arrested in South Florida on the same day that the remains were located. A few different Jeff Hopkins show up. If you rearrange names you would be surprised what you find.

Hi DizneyDi. I didn’t think to connect the surnames and I did find it through the bing search engine, petty theft, shoplifting. But, it says at the top, record removal and she has no case pending or otherwise at the OC court docket so I suspect they dropped the charges after the initial arrest. There would be nothing in the clerk’s database if they weren’t pursuing prosecution. Only the police records would have anything. So, I must assume there wasn’t a case, mistake on the part of police or something similar. I searched several of her friends and came up empty. The Hopkins they have isn’t even close to her age. I’m not sure who you mean, CMA 1980. Are you referring to the black Cindy Anthony?
I checked out arrests.org and it is registered by a Diaz down in Panama, registered in Sweden. It clearly is not a US site or connected to the government. I wouldn’t trust everything I see there. I coudln’t pull up Casey but did find the mugshot on another site. They are only showing arrests, not convictions or probationers. But even if they were I wouldn’t expect to see anything because it is protected, due to the threats against her life.
KMiller, I’m glad to share and thank you for sharing your story. What a lot of pain, severe wounding to carry with her through life. What our parents do is a reflection on us, not just the other way around. We see ourselves as a product of our parents even if we would never act like them. To have half of us with so much anger that they could kill is a heavy burden to bear. This forces her to face that potential within herself. So it is no wonder it took her a long time to come to terms with that and realize that even if she has enough anger to have that potential, she can choose to not hurt another with that anger. Yes, the Chiron return is the most logical time for this all to come to a head, demanding to be faced and healed once and for all. His father shapeshifted into a figure that could get close enough to his mother to take her by force. So the myth contains something about both parents he is ashamed of and that causes him to doubt his own self worth. He internalizes that wound and uses it as fuel to help others, maybe learning to help himself along the way. What goes around, whether our bad deeds or those bad things that happen to us, come back around again, at least once in our lifetime, if we live long enough. This is so we maybe we don’t have to take our wounds to our grave with us, only to live in our subconscious next time around, if there is a next time. I’m so glad your mom was able to find a path to healing. She may go through some more when her dad passes on. I know I did with my mom. I came to terms with the fact that she did the best she knew how, at that point in her evolution. I grieved, not my loss, but what might have been, then I let her go.
Casey was going through her first potential Chiron wounding square from 8-9 years old, about the same time as Baez said she was molested, interestingly. The opposition was 13-14 or so rather than the average 25 years old. She is coming up to her waning square already but won’t have her return until the normal 50 or so years old, in 2036. In contrast, I had my first square at 22 years old and the opposition just a few years later. Also for the first half of my life, Chiron was Retrograde, symbol Rx, just like the medicine the doctor orders. This tends to have the affect of looking back to see what went wrong and try to fix it so I tended to work on my wounds as they came up instead of saving it all until the Chiron return. Casey may have gone through the wounding process faster than she could process and heal, with or without help. The full cycle is probably much like the lunar cycle. The 1st quarter is best for sowing seeds that mature quickly, outward directed energy. The 2nd is for the same but development and articulation of what already exists. The opposition is a time to abort what isn’t viable or good but if it continues to grow then in the 3rd quarter it will assume full form of expression. That is where she is now, so hopefully she has a trusted healer to guide her through this turning point. The final quarter is the cleansing process. Following the lunar cycle it’s time to pull the weeds, eliminate pests or other demons that clutter up our life. I suspect it is the same for any cycle, a time to clean house, pull back and contemplate, reorganize, prepare to begin anew on a higher and better level.
As for why bad things happen to good people, some think that it is left over from previous lifetimes, a chance to learn what something is like, being on the receiving end. A recovered alcoholic may find himself with a loved one that is a dependent alcoholic to care for and suffer with. This is possible, I’m sure, but another possibility is that it is the only way we can have the ability to heal others. By learning to heal ourselves we learn to help others with similar wounds. How can we truly have empathy if we have no idea what it is like? Many people that go into the healing fields, especially psychology or social work, are attempting to heal themselves of childhood wounds. How good they are depends on how healed they are, how honestly they are facing those wounds. One thing I’m sure of, only the strongest are given the greatest burden to bear. To whom much is given, much is required.

What an incredibly sad life your mother lived. God bless her. She is a good soul. I read a book by Sylvia Browne. She was the psychic from the Montel Williams show. I was really impressed with her and her abilities. I think if there is such a thing as being psychic, Sylvia Browne is real.
Her philosophies are really basic.
Here’s something she said that might apply to your mother. She explained that in life there are White entities, there are Dark entities and there are Gray entities.
The White entity is pure at heart, a good person, they have an aura of light that surrounds them.
The Dark entity is just that. He has no light. His heart is dark.
The Gray entity is in between. This person could go either way depending on environment and upbringing but when given a choice the Gray entity will do the right thing even when no one is looking and gravitate to the White entity. Most of us in the world are Gray entities.
She explains that the reason that bad things often happen to White entities is that the Dark entity is drawn to the Light of the White entitiy because they live in darkness and they want to steal their light and sometimes even extinguish it entirely. The Gray entity only wants to be next to Light of the White entity.
I think many Dark entities were drawn to your Mother. Luckily she survived and was able to reclaim her light that the Dark entites tried to steal which might explain what happened to her when she was 50. She fought for her soul.. She wanted her light back and got it. Good for her!
I want to say that Sylvia Browne goes thru the Holy Spirit and is a true Believer in God. She was once a Catholic school teacher.
She’s such an interesting person. I would suggest her books to anyone who has questions or interest in psychic abilities. She is so basic and down to Earth.. DiznyDi, I am intrigued, I have only been reading/knowing anything about this case since jury selection, so somethings I am a true Newbie too. I have never felt uncomfortable asking questions here. I have not 1 time been made feel dumb or silly in any questions. So lets explore together. I have been going back and reading docs and posts here a little at a time. I for one have tried to keep an open mind. I realize my opinions are mine, and I base them on facts not emotion. Although I mean no disrespect when I say this. But I have not gotten emotionally involved because I personally do not know Casey, or any of the characters involved. I realize a beautiful child died and my oldest grandson was born 9 days after Caylee. The legal aspect is what this case can mean does interest me. As an American citizen, I realize this could be any one of us. And I feel this case as well as the current hot topic of Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman, the media has caused so much injustice with spreading half truths and stirring the pot if you will, which does not help, IMO. Some things once put out there, some people take as the gospel. Case in point, I have read blogs and comments all over the web, where PEOPLE ACTUALLY BELIEVE AND WILL ARGUE WITH PEOPLE, THAT THE 84 SEARCHES TOOK PLACE, even though was PROVEN UNTRUE, BUT NOT CORRECTED IN THE TRIAL. Or that there was actually tape “across Caylee’s mouth with a heart sticker in the middle”. This too was PROVEN not true. Thats why I want to only base my personal opinion on proven facts. Love to debate and learn. The challenge will truly keep your mind working! I do realize 2 people can see the same thing differently, and I think alot of times things can be taken out of context therfore changing the whole meaning. That drives me crazy! And that is what I see alot have people who disagree in this case have done. Again this is only my opinion. Hi! Thanks for being so nice. I am not so worried about the possibility of anyone being nasty towards me for my difference of opinion. I have seen how gracious everyone here is. I am more concerned about putting my name to comments that could anger some of the potentially dangerous characters that might be involved in this case. Zuben wasn’t able to locate anyone that I was with the DWLS or NVDL charges, so I went back and located 6 so far this morning on the MyOrangeClerk website. I am not even close to halfway through all of the names yet.

My original intent was to find answers from people that might have seen or located info back in the beginning that is no longer easily available online. I didn’t start this adventure until after the trial was over. I do not have a final opinion about anyone in this case yet. I have seen so much hate spewed out that I honestly just wish people would use all of that wasted energy towards love instead. The world would be a better place!
I have a notebook full of info that I found on my quest for the truth. I did not use rumors or inuendos for any of it. I tried to use abbreviations that others used instead of the real names. I hadn’t thought of it before you asked but the imbalance I mentioned has the religion planet, Jupiter, at the apex so yes, this could be a possibility of tending to that energy configuration. I misspoke yesterday when I said talking, speaking up would fill the void and balance things out. The signs got jumbled in my mind while looking at all the details. The empty sector needing to be filled in would be satisfied through confession that accompanies baptism but in a different way. Virgo is the empty sector and analysis or discrimination are the keywords. Here is a tendency to demand perfection from oneself and unless we learn to love our self in spite of our imperfections we can drown in the sea of never being good enough. That is the key offering of Christianity and why it has been so popular for the last 2000 years, a way to be good without being good enough, through someone else. The signs fit perfectly too. Her religion planet is in the sign of the fishes with the void area being the sign of the virgin who conceived the savior, offering the loaves to accompany the fish with the demand to be perfect but forgiven when you’re not. The Virgo/Pisces axis perfectly describes the victim/savior dilemma so this may satisfy her for a time but…
Interestingly, her earthly father has been filling the Virgo space, his Venus (value system, attitude toward women, love, intimacy) being exactly square her Chiron and Saturn. Venus is the fallen angel here, like Lucifer is said to be a fallen angel, which is Venus as the morning star. With the limited information I have about the family dynamics and George’s history, I have to wonder if she has grown up being taught by example, that women are there to serve the man, be subservient. I know everyone thinks Cindy ruled the roost but does she really? Who worked full time and also did all the laundry and cleaning? Who spent all the money but didn’t give up anything to make it up or give it back to the family? Most fundamental churches still teach subservience if they take the English translation literally. Some still don’t allow women ministers or elders. With her relationship with him fractured or void, she has to find something to fill that empty space again. Ideally, she will learn to discern truth from lie and realize none of us are perfect but we are perfect just the way we are, in our journey toward perfection as long as we are working toward that, doing the best we can. The teaching that comes to mind here is that faith (Jupiter in Pisces) without works (Virgo) is dead. So, Casey most needs to find a service (Virgo) that she can offer the world, now that her physical service to Caylee is not part of her daily routine (Virgo). I think she has to unlearn some of what she has been taught.
How many times have we read criticism of Casey not having a “real” job? Being born with a void in the work sector might mean she simply needs to get a job to create balance in her life. But, she had a job, it just wasn’t paid. Part of this imbalance may have involved the idea that we are born worthless and condemned, taught for so many generations, balanced by learning the value of unpaid services we provide, child care, house keeping, food prep. But she grew up being taught that the woman was to do both while the man may or may not have a job to contribute income and only mowed the lawn and cleaned the car once in a while. If the molestation is true, the females were there to serve his sexual needs too. But even that wasn’t enough for him, according to River Cruz and his internet footprints. That is what I see that Casey was born with and needs to adjust as does society in general. Will this church meet her needs? I doubt it, but it is a temporary fix to fill the void created by her split from her father. There is an inborn friction between her need as a woman and George’s idea of what a woman should be and what the more right wing version of Christianity teaches. I think she needs her savior to be rabbi, as his followers called him, her teacher, mentor and example of selfless service regardless of sex, not the one that pays her way into heaven.

Just by coincidence we both turned up here. I understand your fear of getting barked at for your opinions, when I first visited here, I felt the same way, I didn’t want to be caused of trolling, and didn’t want to get ridiculed for my ideas and questions like before. It never happened, I have often commented and held my breath anticipating a negative response, but I have even been pleasantly surprised that even with some of my more outlandish ideas, there’s usually at least one person who says, I thought about that too!

It could be assumed that Cindy had something to do with that. She admitted to spraying air freshner and cleaning the trunk to get rid of the smell. That’s what she says anyway.

Are you talking about the garbage bag? Because there’s no biological evidence or DNA in the trunk that says Caylee’s body was in the trunk. The garbage is believed to have come from Tony Lazarro’s apt. There’s no evidence that GA opened KC’s car trunk during the 31 days unless you believe his gas can story on June 24 but even then he says KC handed him the gas cans.

Zuban- I was raised Pentecostal. I grew up in SC in the heart of the “bible belt”. I know first hand about the teachings in some churches that a woman should be subservient. I would say in the years up to my early twenties my parents were borderline finatical. Anyway, My Mother catered to my fathers every whim, she cooked cleaned, and maintained every aspect of of our lives. She even served him his dinner plate and acted as a waitress refilling his drink, bring napkins, etc. She had a “voice” but my Dad had the final say. I always hated it, I always promised myself I would never let that me! I almost feel my husband pays for it at times, anytime I feel he might even be considering the attempt to control me, I fly off the handle. Now when the 50 milestone hit, as you talked about alot of people demand appreciation, she suddenly said, no more. It took a few years for my dad to get used to it, but he actually now caters to her. JB on #1 I wouldnt think Cindy would have had something to do with the trash bag since the tow yard guy threw it in the trash while still at the tow place, as I remb the LE lady and GA went back there and retrieved it. I just put a new bag in my kitchen can, and I did touch it in a few places getting it in there but getting out I used the pull ties and thats all. So that is a good question. OK, speaking of controversial theories, I’ve seen it touched on here before, and I’ve seen here and there on the web that some believe that a mind control tactic, specifically “monarch, mind control” I have to say it is something I thought odd, but I have read some opinions which make alot of sense. Anyone considered this, or familiar with this theory? Thoughts?

Thanks JB but I am refering to the bags thrown away at the towyard. Anything that Cindy got near couldn’t possibly be considered credible evidence. She was quite obviously a clean freak! I wish I was that neat! In the discovery it looks as if it was checked twice for prints. The photos clearly show it all laid out neatly on a table and I just don’t understand how not one of those items had prints. Bachelors sharing an apartment and eating lots of prepackaged food while smoking pot would probably leave prints. If Casey had cleaned up after them, wouldn’t hers be there as well? The only place that I could find where LE found Casey’s prints were on the items that Cindy gave to them that she said Zenaida had access to. Did I miss something?

Ok, here is what always has confused me. (well one thing) I knew I had seen pix of 2 trash bags. So here is a pix. I know they determined that the bag they had was from TL apartment by the Full Sail paperwork. Does anyone know if they took both bags in and if not how did they know which was the correct one when they got it out that nite. Apparently Baez has taken on a new client and has been denied but will appeal a request for new DNA testing. The client is Monique Tureene. Why would they deny testing on her dime? This page seems to say Florida and someone in Canada conspired, forged a confession, which was the only evidence used in her indictment. Last October, high profile Defense Attorney Jose Baez filed an amended motion for more DNA testing. Last week, Circuit Judge Michael Overstreet denied it.
“The judge found that in light of the overwhelming evidence of the defendant’s involvement with her husbands murder and this incredible story about there being a Diablo, a third person involved, that this was just inconsistent with evidence at the trial. And that the DNA testing would not either exonerate her or lessen her sentence,” said Assistant State Attorney, Larry Basford.
Basford says there was never any question as to who murdered Major Turrene. The only issue in Monique’s trial was the extent of her involvement.
“In his motion, the defense attorney, Mr. Baez, or whoever filed this motion on his behalf, seemed to gloss over the fact that she had confessed to her involvement in this case to the Canadian authorities,” said Basford.
Baez has thirty days to appeal Overstreet’s ruling, which Basford says Baez will do. The State Attorney’s office only hopes the appeal will be denied like all of the other motions Monique’s filed since her conviction.

He also talks about the bones being creamted kept them from looking for diatoms, signs of drowning. There is an editor’s not about Dr. G claiming they couldn’t do that test because the bones were all dried up. I’ve read that before. But I just don’t believe the marrow would be dried up in that watery and humid area that quick. So, I ran over to Catoutlouds article to snatch the bone picture so you can enlarge it. I see something inside the bone, beyond the section they cut out, on the let side. Do you see it also? Use ctrl++++ until it gets large enough. DiznyDi, Ok I figured out late last night / early this am that ZG22 was the ZG in the ticket ZG case. I think on that situation, which was indeed another mix in this odd/ case of considences. IMO IF that were truly Casey A, then again IMO it would be more proof that Casey had been using the name ZG before the time June 15, 2008. As in on the MyOrange Clerk site states traffic violation filed May 24,2008.

State police say Caleb Linn has not been seen since Saturday morning.
Authorities say Caleb was among 11 children working on a cleanup project at a bridge near the Kia Kima Boy Scout Camp in Fulton County. They say five boys left the bridge to return to the main camp a half mile away and Caleb asked if he could catch up with them.
He hasn’t been seen since.
Sheriff Buck Foley says it’s possible Caleb fell into the Spring River and says crews plan to search for the boy by boat.

This is the first time I’ve read this interview. As a rule, I never read the negativity coming from the puckered mouths of those people who’ve been sucking on sour grapes since July 5th.

My modem went down 2 days ago so I haven’t been able to post. Comcast is coming today to fix or replace it. I have been able to keep up with the posts intermittently as I live in an area with poor cell reception. I have so much to say.
That photo in the garbage is extremely interesting. I will look into that more. Speaking of photos, while going through the Myspace alerts, I kept ending up in photobuckets that had RPadilla in common. Coincidence? He does seem to party alot! : )

You are right about the ZG22. It was only considered false by the cell pings. If Casey had another cell as I believe, pings mean nothing.
I still believe she speaks Spanish. My husband does just from growing up in Miami. He only took one year in school. Didn’t Casey have a few. Plus alot of her friends are hispanic.
I found some other interesting info about trials and court cases going on during those 31 days involving people Casey knew. Can’t wait to get back to a PC so I can update you.

I saved the disposition to my hard drive and there is no way that is Casey’s signature, huge differences. Actually, it looks like this person spells Gonzalez with an s, rather than z and the G looks more like a Y. Anyway, I was reminded again of that mysterious C Zenaida Cindy made such a fuss about because that is the form of the name on the Sawgrass card and it is the same name on this ticket for a girl who couldn’t speak English and had no drivers license, thus the criminal traffic violation that had to be handled in the Ococee court house, on the west side of the county. I thought I also had the ticket downloaded but accidently got the disposition twice, darn. But I do remember it and the C is just another one of many unsolved mysteries in this case or connected to the name Zenaida Gonzalez. Did the guy at Sawgrass start to write G for Gonzalez but stop short, leaving a C and then write Zenaida Gonzalez or did the ZG in her mid 30s tell him C Zenaida? Was this 22 year old non English speaking ZG also C Zenaida or was she lying about her age and ability to speak English? The civil suit ZG also did not have a valid license. How did they know she was 22 years old? She had no id to prove it. Maybe if you write Hornsby he will reactivate those links.

Why do you all love Casey so much?
It boggles my mind. Really intelligent people (as I sense you all to be) should have figured out at least some of what I have. Remember, I never was mislead by the media. Never watched Nancy Grace other than when she was on DWTS. I just read all of the discovery very closely, watched the youtube videos of the trial (which was ridiculous at best, from every side), examined all of the court filings for specific dates, and tried to make sense out of all of the nonsense. There may be another reason why Morgan & Morgan is pursueing this whole ZG thing? There sure isn’t any money in it. Maybe they hope to expose the truth? Or at least keep people’s minds searching for the answers?
Casey will NEVER tell her story! She can’t!
IMO Cheney Mason has been bashed too much. Being an older gentleman with limited web capabilities, he only knows what he is told. Baez, on the other hand, taught web researching and has had access to Casey long enough before Mason came on board to have taught her how to keep quiet and what to say. Baez is very intelligent, as is the whole Casey team, but remember who was there first!
Dr Phil is not on for a couple more hours, and I am having a hard time waiting patiently. I have a moderate amount of respect for the man, even though I believe he was a bit too nice to “The Anthonys”. As I watched him, I longed for the old days when he would yell at people that were wrong. I do like the more mellow Dr and find myself tuning in more often, but really? There are some questions I definately would have asked that he didn’t. I will give him some slack since he is a very busy man and relies on his entourage for his research. For now, I will just hope for the best.

What does Casey Anthony’s fingerprint card and mug shot from when she was arrested for check fraud prove? To me, it proves she was arrested, fingerprinted and photographed for a mug shot.
Please help me. What am I missing???

My only gripe with you was that you belittled those of us who MAY “love Casey Anthony”. So what if someone does? I don’t but there are people who strongly feel she was maligned and ridiculed in the media. There are people who see a different side of her and do really care about her. So what? You can’t expect positive feedback if you criticize people.
That was the only thing you did that bothered me. The fact that you wanted to discuss a theory wasn’t a problem. The only problem with that is you never explained it. You just threw documents out there and we were left on our own to figure it out.
So good luck. I hope you find the answers you’re looking for.

Based on a smell from the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car and using an expert in ‘the odor of the dead,’ the prosecution set out to convince the jury that the stench was that of a decaying body. In total, 37 expert witnesses from more than a dozen areas of forensics testified, with the defense challenging with forensic experts of their own. ‘This case utilized every single type of forensic science. … They threw a bunch of stuff against the wall, and they were hoping something would stick, and none of it did,’ says defense lawyer Jose Baez.”

Just took a look at the new OS website and the FAQ about the new subscription policies. The website, to me, looks much nicer. I guess they know what they are doing with this new paid subscription deal. I know I will not be participating. I subscribed to the physical paper for many years. You know, the one that was printed on chopped up trees. At that time they had some great writers and interesting and unique content. Not anymore, sadly. I can get the same news from many other FREE sources, at least for the time being. I click on a few ads to keep the wheels of commerce turning and make the advertisers think I really care about what it is they are pushing. Maybe if more people had done that, the OS won’t be resorting to these drastic (to me) measures.
Protected is where we can talk openly about OURSELVES. We have stalkers and needed somewhere to be able to relax & really bond without prying eyes.

(CNN) — A Florida judge ruled Thursday that a woman’s defamation lawsuit against Casey Anthony can go forward, contending that a jury should make the final decision on several contentious issues critical to the case.
Zenaida Gonzalez has filed a civil suit against Casey Anthony, who was acquitted last year of murder and other charges tied to the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee though she was convicted on four counts of providing false information to law enforcement officers.
Gonzalez alleges that Anthony defamed her and damaged her reputation when she claimed that a nanny named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez had taken Caylee, who was reported missing in July 2008 — a month after she was last seen. The girl’s remains were found in December of that year.
Authorities were never able to find the nanny. But they did find Gonzalez, the plaintiff in this case, who claimed she never met Anthony or her daughter.
Anthony’s civil attorneys have argued that their client never identified the specific woman suing her as the “Zenaida Gonzalez,” the name she gave police.
In her judgment Thursday, Circuit Judge Lisa Munyon ruled that the critical issue of whether or not Anthony — in her statements to police and in a recorded jailhouse conversation with her parents — fingered Gonzalez, the plaintiff, or effectively exonerated her in her daughter’s disappearance “must be decided by a jury.”
“Both parties agree that the defendant did not implicate (Gonzalez) in the disappearance of the child in the July 16, 2008, statements to law enforcement,” Munyon wrote in her ruling. “However, the inferences to be drawn from the July 25, 2008, statement (to her parents) are disputed matters for jury determination.”
Moreover, Gonzalez’s assertion that Casey’s mother Cindy Anthony was “acting as (an) agent of” her daughter is likewise “a disputed matter for jury determination.”
Munyon’s ruling followed a March 23 hearing in Orlando, Florida, in which Gonzalez’s lawyers called for a “summary judgment” in their client’s favor and Anthony’s defense team argued for the lawsuit to be dismissed.
The defamation trial is scheduled to begin January 2, 2013.

Munyon did rule that Gonzalez cannot use statements that Casey made to law enforcement about Gonzalez. Gonzalez can only use statements Casey made to her friends and family about her, according to the judge.

Orlando attorney Bill Sheaffer, who was a legal analyst for WFTV-Channel 9, bowed out of a judicial race today, citing family obligations.
“I’ve halted the campaign and I have to devote time and resources to my family,” Sheaffer said. He cited his brother and niece, who have both fallen ill.
Sheaffer said he realized he couldn’t balance those family needs and the rigors of a campaign or the requirements of office. He had been running for Ninth Judicial Circuit Court Judge (Group 7) in Orange and Osceola counties.
Sheaffer recently stepped down from WFTV, where he gained fame for his analysis of the Casey Anthony case. Might he return to WFTV?
“I don’t know what I’m going to do,” Sheaffer said. “I don’t know if I’ll practice law or try to get back with Channel 9.

Frontline takes a look at forensic evidence tonight at 10 p.m. on PBS. The second part of the show includes interviews by participants in the Anthony case, including me. I haven’t seen it yet. Check it out.
WFTV-Channel 9 Drew Petrimoulx reported that Ashton collected more than $32,000 in the first quarter of this year and that 60 percent of the 401 donors were from outside Orange and Osceola counties.

So, Ashton is collecting money from non voters and Schaeffer is out of the running almost before the race has begun. I think it was a smart move. He’s too biased to ever be a good judge.
I watched the recorded frontline show from last night. Shocking to say the least. I really thought fingerprinting was a real science. Apparently nothing but DNA is really validated and proven. Ashton has no conscience and once again, he disgusts me. How someone could take another person’s life so lightly is beyond me. Thank goodness for orgs like the Innocence commission. But what about all the cases where there is no DNA? Who will fight for their rights and justice?

About the Frontline episode. I was also shocked that DNA is the only real forensic science. And the qualifications to become a forensic scientist are such a joke! Casey sure got lucky that she had photos to sell. She’d be in jail for sure without the money she made from selling photos to pay for her defense. Ashton sure likes to try and pull the wool over people’s eyes. What was the statistic he pulled out of his ass? 99% of the time forensics get it right?

Lowe will play Jeff Ashton, the Florida prosecutor for Anthony’s murder trial last year and author of “Imperfect Justice: Prosecuting Casey Anthony,” upon which the movie will be based.

Wow, I have a lot of catching up to do here. What good news. Baez’ is one book I want to read. I’m a little disappointed in Lifetime choosing only to produce a movie from one perspective. I’d rather it be real life(time) and show it from both sides. I’ll probably watch it if I can get a hold of it tough. Don’t have cable so not sure how I’ll access it. Maybe they’ll do a sequel to include the defense’s perspective?
A sequel from the defense’s persepective would be awesome, Zuben! (but I won’t hold my breath). However, I am so completely excited about Jose’s book!! I can NOT wait to read it. When I found out first thing this morning, I was doing the happy dance!

Wow, I really am so excited about Jose’s book!! I have a feeling we’re going to feel so vindicated and happy hearing the truth from the man who KNOWS the truth.
After 3.5 years of reading media hype and propaganda, it’ll be sooo refreshing. I can hardly wait to read this book and I think most of the clear thinking public will be interested too.
People have to be wondering how can a murder trial hyped and reported to be sure victory could end in an acquittal.

Questions filed for Zenaida Gonzalez
ORLANDO —
Lawyers for Casey Anthony want some answers from Zenaida Gonzalez.
In a 14-page court document, there are 10 questions for the woman suing Casey for defamation. Gonzalez was served with that document Wednesday.
Those questions ask her to describe her work history, her income sources, credit cards and bank accounts she may have gotten since 2008, and any gifts her daughters may have gotten from any employees of Morgan and Morgan.
Casey’s lawyers also want to know if Gonzalez has had any contact with marketing or entertainment agents and if she has gotten any money from them.
They specifically want Gonzalez to describe how she got on the Dr. Phil Show in March of this year. That episode aired in April. They also want to know if she was paid for that appearance and even what hotel she stayed at and who paid for it.
Gonzalez was offered a job with J&M Cleaning during that appearance through Dr. Phil.
They also take it a step broader and ask if she has been paid for any media appearances.
Gonzales has 30 days to respond.

ORLANDO —
The founder of Texas EquuSearch will be questioned by attorneys for Casey Anthony in another lawsuit against her.
Attorneys at a hearing Friday confirmed Tim Miller will travel to Orlando for his deposition in the civil case filed by the search group.
Attorneys for Texas EquuSearch asked Judge Lisa Munyon to have a special master present at the deposition.
A special master is like a referee who will sit in the meeting.
Casey Anthony’s attorney Charles Greene said he does not oppose having the special master present, but doesn’t think they should have to pay for it.
EquuSearch is looking to recover $100,000 spent on the search efforts.

A new name has been attached to the role of Casey Anthony in an upcoming Lifetime TV movie about her murder trial.
According to People magazine, Canadian actress Holly DeVeaux has dropped out of the production of “Imperfect Justice,” based on real-life prosecutor Jeff Ashton’s book on the 2011 murder trial.
Replacing DeVeaux is Virginia Welch, a little-known actress who has starred in several independent films and TV commercials.
Welch is a self-described “Texas girl working hard to make it as an actress in Hollywood.” Her resume includes several short films, including the “Exploration Space” attraction at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, and an uncredited role in the 2010 Dennis Quaid movie “Pandorum.”
Producers said they did not go with a top name to play Casey Anthony, because her role in the movie is not as big, as it’s based on Ashton’s book.
Ashton, himself, is being played by actor Rob Lowe, while Oscar Nunez of “The Office” fame has taken on the role of defense attorney Jose Baez.

There are about 5 to 10 posters at os that like to post propaganda. Trying to rewrite the truth. I left all of them about a month ago, but they continue to post without challenge. It is my opinion that they have a complete different agenda and are using kc to forward that agenda. I am not sure it is having any effect on anyone. I am pretty sure os is involved. I guess a guilty kc equals more money. Are altering opinion and altering the truth one in the same?

I think you’re right.. A guilty Anthony would have brought in tons of money. It probably would have been an everyday news article on just what she ordered from the commisary, not to mention the appeals process and the visitor list.. OMG.. lol Now that you mentioned it..Yes.

If they re-opened the case and investigate George’s Extra curricular activities and Cindy’s suspicious activities the greedy media will definately have something to write about. I think
placing the pressure on the FBI to reopen this case should be a number one priority.

I don’t think there are any plans to re-open this case just because it would make LE and the SAO look really bad and they have given all the evidence back to the Anthony’s who have conveniently destroyed it.

Wow GasCan! Can you imagine Florida reopening the case?!! I’d love to see that happen. I mean..just the fact that the A’s laid new concrete in their backyard during that time and the gas can with the duct tape. That seems real suspicious to me. Either they were actually involved in Caylee’s death or they were trying to frame their daughter.
IMO, the 911 call sounds rehearsed too. Maybe, they waited 30 days so when they talked to LE, they’d be able to emotionally handle it??

I had a lovely Father’s Day dinner at my SIL’s. My sister from up north came down with her husband and daughter who just graduated with a Masters. My Dad was there too sharing old stories for the 30th time. LOL Both my brothers were there too with their children.
It was a really nice family day. While my sis is in town, I’ll be playing tour guide to the French Quarter tomorrow and on Thursday we’re all planning to go to the movies to see “Snow White and the Huntsman”. I can’t wait to see it! Friday, we’re going out to eat seafood at the lakefront.
ahhh.. I feel like I’m going on vacation and haven’t left the city.

I see nts’s posts have all been deleted from the recent ‘get rich off Casey’ site today (a/k/a OS). Mine were deleted as well and I was banned (again….lol….{they think}) but nts’s aren’t usually “in your face” like mine are….either way, I just had something to tell you all about the OS….sending an email now. I hope someone can do something about the targeting, stalking and harassing of the non public figure knowm as Casey Anthony. It is illegal what they are doing and I hope her lawyers are documenting the issues.

I think July 15th is the day CAylee was transported to the woods. I think she was put in the trunk either on the way back from the tow yard or during the time Cindy went looking for Casey…There was no smell, not until after it was parked in the A’s garage….
Cindy and GA need to go down and I hope to god CAsey gets the strength to do what she has to do…I think perhaps she may be charged with new charges if she tells who the real cover up was for? I really hope it is re-opened.

Very very interesting! Another thing that bothered me about the Ant’s is the way they fought to be in the courtroom during the trial which was not the norm for other witnesses.
I didn’t notice but was Cindy in the courtroom when George was on the stand and visa versa?

I totally agree with you that Casey was covering for her dad and that Caylee’s death may not have been an accident, but that George may have killed her when he was doing unspeakable things to her. However, if she wasn’t transported to the woods until July 15th, where do you think her body was for that month? Boy, I sure can’t wait to read Jose’s book and I hope it sheds some light on all of this. I am 100% convinced George knows exactly what happened and Casey was used by him to cover it up…a lifelong abuse victim would do that. I know people say that if Casey was abused she would have turned on her dad. That is not necessarily true, especially when you’ve been taught to lie and cover up all of your life. She basically had been brain-washed all these years. I also believe George knew Casey didn’t have a job. Also, I think that maybe he was stealing money from Cindy and her family and blaming it on Casey…or Casey was stealing it because he told her to. He was the one with the gambling addiction. A creepy man of many addictions!!
Oh, also, GCG…do you think Cindy was in on all of it…knowing Geo was the culprit or was she in the dark and in denial?

Really! At the towyard, the guy working there said here’s your smell and threw the garbage out.
After George and Cindy got home, they call and said it smells like there’s been a dead body in the car. THEN, what his name at the towyard testified that it did smell like a dead body, BUT he could have thought after hearing George and Cindy, WELL, maybe it was a dead body????
I’ve thought something strange every time I hear about this part in the case.
Also, why didn’t someone from the police department investigate more into the backyard, knowing it had just been put there.
I saw in one of the videos, I believe it was the private investgater, searching around a shake and there was a Pepsi or Dr. Pepper machine near that building, but I never heard them say anything about it, did any of you remember that?
About Casey having mental issues, I believe someone that has been molested is either going to turn to drugs or alcohol (which they said Casey never did) or yes they will have will have mental problems in trying to block them out, you think?
Another thing I never liked or thought strange was the way Cindy spoke to Caylee at the nursing home and Caylee was apprehensive.

At about 2:00 and 2:06, there’s a Pepsi machine. Also this tape is very interesting to me. Dominic is checking all of the black plastic bags and there are all kind of containers around it and in the shed.

I would think that house would’ve been searched long before that but who knows. If the guy at the tow yard thought the smell was from a dead body and not that trash why didnt he call the police?
But Yuri did testify that he smelled the smell of decomp in the garage so that is why I feel it happened after George picked up the car

If this is the Dominic Casey tape, of Brackenwood and then on to Suburban, then maybe it was George who tipped off Dominic to check there for a body? For all we know George may have known that LE had already searched there so if they were to find a body in November 08 it would confuse the investigation??

I’m almost done the book and it answers most of these questions. Although there is not certainty about who moved the body, Jose’s theory makes perfect sense!

Caylee, I believe on the week before George and Cindy say they last saw her. Their first story was that they last saw her the week before Father’s Day, then they both changed it to Father’s Day,
George says the day after.
I think Cindy started talking about Father’s Day with Caylee in the nursing home.
IMO, I think that picture was before Father’s Day and Cindy didn’t sound too happy
with Caylee. It didn’t look like Caylee wanted to go with her.
But, on the other hand, Caylee always seemed happy with Casey.
