Wow, what a crazy way to start the day, huh?

As soon as I saw it, I knew it was going to be big in the media. Hell, it’s been televised here locally in N.O. in the midst of all of the football hoopla!! Even though she’s been acquitted of 1st degree murder, the media seems to pretend that the trial didn’t happen. They just CAN’T GET ENOUGH of this chick! That’s the part that I find newsworthy. Casey Anthony, the woman the world loves to hate. There’s got to be a mortal sin in this somewhere, I just don’t know what it is.
Okay, so I watched it too. My first observation, she’s wearing sunglasses. Is that what a person does when they make a video diary, wear sunglasses? Okay, so I don’t think it’s an accident that this video surfaced. I think Casey feels totally isolated and was testing the waters to see if it’s safe to come out of hiding.
To Casey,
Well Casey, it’s not safe to come out and maybe never will be but since this video was released, whether it be an accident, intentional or otherwise, I hope you continue to share your thoughts with the world.
The more you do it, the less sensational your voice and face will become. You see Casey, you are an enigma. I don’t know if this is intentionally or if it’s because you really are that confused but whatever the case, keep up the good work. As a matter of fact, be more forthcoming. Be yourself and smile. It will get better.

I do not believe Casey released this video. If Casey wanted to release a video to test the waters, she could have come out in defense of herself……OR she could have followed her mama and papa’s lead and come out crying and sobbing and trying to garner sympathy for herself. I just think this was a part of her therapy and that someone got their hands on it for whatever reason.

If she did intend it to be released, then it is an odd entrance because she seems to be talking to a specific person. When i saw the sunglasses, i thought she disguised herself in case of this very thing happening. I thought her glasses had a tint but looked more like reading glasses. Did she wear glasses to read? I agree though, if she continues to release these, people will grow used to it and not lose their ever loving minds everytime she appears, her name is mentioned… I don’t understand why everyone is expecting a big apology because the world will only continue to bash her anyway no matter what she says! I dont like how everyone wishes misery upon her. People keep talking about street justice. Sickening.

From what I can gather, the woman who posted it (Holly) claims her husband (Jon, who will be on NG later) saw the video on a Facebook page and then went searching for it and found it somehow on a website hosting pay-per-view videos charging $2-3 a view. He was able to somehow get to the video without paying anything, downloaded it and posted it on YouTube so that no one could make any money on it. It all sounds kind of hokey to me, but that is the way I understand it from what I read.
Neither will I Omar and Yellow Dog.
I will NOT watch NG or HLN for that matter. I have better things to do with my time .. like read these comments from the most insightful people on in blogdom. No need to go anywhere else. lol

I am a regular on caseyanthonyisinnocent.com and from what I understand the server is down due to the increased traffic. It is a wonderful site full of caring people. My guess is that the owner pulled off youtube after it was already out there.

I though that site may have been hacked so im happy to hear that it is just down due to traffic and I hope the traffic takes the time to atleast read the alternative theory before attempting to post filth. I say attempting because the woman doesnt let those comments through. Lolipop, I think we all have a doubt here and there if it is really her due to all the false sightings and reports. It was taken in a pub or darker restaurant. This was back in August, I think. Anyway, I’m sure I remember a person named Rob in the group that were befriending her there. They discussed finding a place where they could chat privately because there were a couple of relentless hating trolls interrupting the discussion. Soon after everything new was deleted and there has been no activity there since. I don’t know where they would have chatted as a group without anyone seeing it unless it was a private blog or something similar. Now, if she shared this with anyone then I doubt they can get in trouble unless they sold it illegally. But if they gave her a trojan and hijacked her computer that is a different story. I see they now want to track where she is living and expose that too. These people need to get a life. They are living and breathing destroy Casey Anthony. Unbelievable.

Arkansasmimi: I agree that it is possible that someone from M and M could have done this during the skype deposition. Any IT guy could insert a trojan and collect ip number and set in a keylogger for passwords. If she did the depo from this location, then it is possible that they recorded the ip address and were able to hack in. Kc knows who she has skyped with. They can narrow this down so easy. If there is one video, there may be more. To me, this video was personal and not meant for public. She may be reporting to a therapist or just trying out the new computer. She trusted someone and got burned. live and learn. NOt so sure that this video is such a bad thing for kc. Seems to be a lot of support out there.

Hey All ! Here is my take on the recent Casey video. I was happy to see her looking so healthy, feeling optimistic about the future, and having pride in things she has accomplished. She comes across as a somewhat camera-shy 17-18 year old, although she is chronologically older. She is amazingly strong ! ESPECIALLY after 3 years of Solitary confinement.
She is not the beaten dog that the Haters want to see…She has survived the Eye of the Hurricane.
Speaking of dogs… The mere mention of Casey Adopting a dog caused some anti-casey blogs to rise up and deny her that comfort. The dog is most likely a “Family Dog’, that Casey has “adopted” . What is going to happen when or if Casey decides to have another child ?
I spent a few hours online looking at the way this video surfaced… So far, all signs point to hacking. This is not a video that was released by Casey for propaganda, or for sympathy. It is a priveledged communication to a therapist .

NTS, the timing is interesting on this video conference with Morgan & Morgan. I got to wondering what kind of access could happen during remote access and maybe you can answer this question. I can see the potential of hacking in to someone’s computer during a video conference but can they do it with a skype deposition or maybe gaining access to a wireless rounter, if that is what she was using for the depo? Zub: If one can connect with her via skype, then all they need to do at that moment is enable remote service and lookup the username. Your skype properties should show the ip number. Now one waits until the middle of the night when all are sleeping and go ahead and login and copy all the files on the computer. Often on home computers, the user administrator has no password. So if M and M connected to that computer, then they were capable of this.
Last night Dr Drew admitted that this is much like a video diary designed to report to a therapist. It seemed to be normal therapy to him.
Good morning guys and gals:) Cant a person drive around with a port scanner and look for the wireless router? Privacy invasion is a hot topic. Companies monitor employees offline files if they are accessing their remote desktop from a personal computer. I believe i read info like this found at Privacy Rights.Org and the ACLU has initiated legal action based on these types of intrusions. Celebrities accounts are hacked but i wonder if LE finds the hacker? I’ve read it is very difficult to catch these creeps.
HI EVERYONE! I was reading around this morning and there was a discussion about a site that was private where Casey talked with some supporters. One of them was a Rob. Evidentualy one of their members went to a major news station and was trying to sell it and that Holly B (don’t know the spelling) found out thru her husband Jon (who either works at the station or does work for the station) and somehow got ahold of the tape and put it on you tube so “she” wouldn’t make any money off of it. One of the members of that private site was posting about it (HAVE TO FIND THAT SITE AGAIN) and said that they were relieved the news said “Drew”. I have to try to locate that again so I can back this up – didn’t think to save it because if it was being talked about openly I just assumed everyone knew about it. So DON’T QUOTE ME YET until I locate that site again.

I was so happy to hear that Casey had some kind of LIFE….I’m just so sad that now its probly back to not trusting ANYONE again.With all that I’ve read so far(Radar,etc) who knows whats TRUE….I haven’t found anything WRONG with ANY of it! She has a boyfriend? OK,so what? She goes to resturants & church? OK so what? I agree that those people who are enjoying themselves in self-righteous raving with all the nasty bully comments. Making liars out of themselves, for example, as being led by DK on the Marinade Dave blog. This man is as two faced as they come, deriving pleasure in drawing in all the bitter and hateful. Three years ago, when first reading that blog he was condemning the “Salem’s Witch Hunters” while now he is the leader of the pact. The so obvious reason is that he has been acknowledged by Jeff Ashton and has discarded every attempt to be a “real journalist” in favor of hate posts. If I was Jeff Ashton I would not want these kind of people supporting me. What politician ever is helped by people like this with their drooling negative toward our justice system. Casey Anthony was acquitted and their hate for this is what JA is planning to take to the State office? WOW, They can’t accept the acquittal, I wonder how they will accept JA losing his bid for office. Will they blame CM, JB and by all means, the jury for that too?

Yes there would be evidence of a log in and possibly an ip number in the event viewer. Also, one could look at their nic card to see the last reboot. The problem is, who looks at the event viewer but me? lol Without suspicion, why would one look to see? If they were worried about a hack, why not just shut the computer off when your done with it?
I think kc skyped with someone that she could not trust. That person logged onto her computer via remote access and coppied the files off of the hard drive. That person then went on to offer the video to kc supporter blogger. that person is not saying who the mystery person is that offered the video, but I would think that Cheney could get a subpoena from facebook to find out.

If I were ABC I wouldn’t have had someone so bias as NG as
a spokeperson for them throught the trial. It’s one thing to have an opinion,

I’m reading thru the comments and I’m still trying to figure out what’s going on. It’s so confusing…
I just think its pretty shitty that because a Casey Anthony video is released, one that’s really nonessensial, nothing of any value and still the pundits and Talking Heads find a way to make it seem that Casey master minded this complicated chain of events. AGAIN.
At first I thought it was KC testing the waters but now I’m thinking its a simple video diary intended for her therapist which somehow found it’s way in the wrong hands. I’m still confused.. I’m also thinking that maybe the sunglasses are Rx glasses. I forgot that Casey wore contacts. She probably hasn’t the nerve yet to go to an eye doctor.

Looks like all of the CNN entertainment “news” guys are involved with getting this out. Vinne Politan, JVM, NG etc. They sicken me! I don’t want to offend THE GLOBE but that is the type of “news” they report. It is a sad testiment to the intelligence of our adults in this county that we have this type of reporting for some of the population. It is disgusting, Noni. And these talking heads are solely responsible for sensationalizing it…..yet they insinuate that Casey can’t stand not being in the spotlight, and they insist that she is narcissistic BUT they are the ones disecting these harmless videos. If they weren’t splashing them across the airwaves for everyone to see repeatedly then where would the sensation be??
Oh brother!!! People think Casey’s the one with mental issues, but look at these people who are trying to grab their moment in the spotlight by posting these videos. There are a lot of screwed up people in this world.
Omar – that’s exactly what I think. This Rob or Drew guy was involved with a small circle of people who befriended Casey and they communicated by Skype. This Rob or Drew guy broke bad (not sure if it was for or against Casey) and went out to sell the videos.
Guess he went to NBC or one of their affiliates and that is how that woman who was on HLN got ahold of it and didn’t want anyone to make money off of it. Guess she didn’t know about the trove of other things he is selling. Evidently ABC paid $50,000 for a video or pictures, don’t know which. Vinne politan/HLN linked the video for those people (long post above) to view.

Omar – Vinnie Politan is the worst of them all! He was litterely salivating over this video and made some very slanderous remarks on his show about Casey. Is Vinnie gay? Just wondering if anyone knows if he has announced that he is.
This is going to get worse. I believe there is alot more that is going to be released. These idiot Talking Heads (and I include all of their so called “experts” in my term IDIOT) are determined to give the Casey Haters what they want by ripping her innocent words apart and making them seem sinister. The Jason person, from what I understand, is the person who started the “we Defend Casey’s honor page on facebook and he seems sincere in his attempt because everyone was opnely bashing him for it. Yesterday morning, i was reading it to see if i could make heads or tails out of this and that was were i heard the sentiment, “i hope Rob doesn’t get in trouble” over it. But I did not get the sense that he was also Jason. They did discuss some trasference of a video but their writing was so poor I couldn’t understand it.
Lolipop, aside from that shrink on Fox News who didnt buy Casey’s parents bull, i also have not seen a anything positive toward Casey. NG does demean ABC and Dan needs a backbone Abrams, their own legal analyist will start to disagree with her while she cuts him off everytime. The anchors seem to enjoy stirring it up.
JB, I think the tone of the video sounded as if Casey was talking to a therapist as she did use treatment talk in trying to look on the brightside, remain positive, hope for the best and take pride in her own accompishments.
I do remember reading that she wore contacts. I remember this because I also wear contacts, have horrible vision and was wondering if that could have factored into anything. I know a small silly detail i guess. I think, it was mentioned in a report filed by AH.
This whole thing has gone way past stupid with all the haters going to town perpetuating their agenda. She was aquitted. I dont understand why these threats toward her can’t be taken to a higher authority. It’s a disgusting display of a segment of society at it’s worst.

Sonja – I agree with you about the threats. They have gone far beyond “opinions” and IMO are dangerous! That Casey Tracker site is downright scary. I went to a site where people can put in requests to the government to create bills and/or actions. There are hundreds of petitions to retry Casey under various options and they collect signatures. LOL, the highest amount I have seen that signed was just around a thousand just after her acquittal. That is alot but signatures have stopped without reaching their goals (i,e, up to 10,000 needed just to submit them). I honestly wonder if these people will put that much effort to elect a decent president, congressperson, senator, States Attorney or whatever. Sadly I don’t think so unless they can do it from their computer.
The actions of these fanatics may force laws to be made to stop this type of lynch mob by internet. It is a sad day when so few can influence our freedom by their horrible actions.
LE understands MOB MENTALITY and there are laws on the books to arrest those people who threaten harm to others. Unfortunately there are few laws existing for the same actions on the internet. I am against new laws – we have far too many of them now – but I guess it is going to come to that if people don’t police themselves.

That’s what I was thinking…It sounded therapeutic .. I think my first impression was wrong. I wanted to think she did it because I hate the thought of other’s invading on her privacy. And she’s been so savvy that I was surprised this got leaked but I guess the poor girl has to get out sometimes and that’s probably how she met another turn coat.

Noni – I didn’t know such sites like tracking Casey exist. I have no idea where Hals’ blog or the other side is so my point is this: even without this knowledge I see all the hate. I see it in the comment section of every news article. Where i live, in Nevada, people do assume based on the media that she is guilty. I think this is so sad and scary for her. I have read death threats on utube. “Kill the bitch” is may not be an open threat by it is certainly an implied threat along with “she needs to die” “i hope someone gets her” and i feel very indigant that these people think they have the right to know everything about her.
JB – facebook is a joke with regard to supporting Casey. Every page that professes to defend or support her seems to allow posters ad naseaum to vent their hate. Maybe I’m a nervous nelly, but i don’t think I’m being an alarmist when i say that any blogger writing in support of her should make certain they take the precautions to keep themselves safe. The only support site I trust is the CASEYISINNOCENT.COM site.
All of you – I wonder if there is anything we can do such as screenshot the threats and report them to the apprpriate agencies? Aren’t some of these threats considered terroristic? I realize that proving who made them is a whole different story because they use different ip addresses but if they use all these fake id’s isn’t it because they know they are breaking the law? I saw nothing in her demeanor or actions that looked like she was trying to be seductive. Perhaps he finds her sexy and is projecting his own mixed emotions onto her and blaming her for it. He is likely referring to the knee pulled up to protect and cover the breast area. I’m sure it turned him on, wishing she would move her knee so he could get a better look.

From what I have gathered, it appears I was right about Rob being on that was befriending her on the slide account last August. If you look at her guest book, you can see that Rob is mentioned. Also new is her claiming to be in Ocala. I really thought at that time that it might be an imposter because it was really bizarre to be posting this on a slide account if that was really going on. Maybe I’m way off and someone hacked her account but if that were the case I would think she’d find out and delete it by now. It is the same slide account I saw back in 2008, just with a couple of new additions from this year. I don’t know where they went to talk privately but Tracy was one of the others posting regularly and they were making plans to go somewhere more private where trolls couldn’t intrude.

Sonja, I too would like to do something to help kc with all this hate…I have seen threats,graphic threats against her life. I find it ironic that we are trying really hard to teach our kids not to bully others, but when you get on a blog, and not just one about kc, you see so much hate and name calling. These are ADULTS acting this way. It’s no wonder kids bully one aother when they see adults acting this way. My guess is that these people aren’t even thinking about caylee as they are hammering out their hateful comments. What makes these people so hateful and narrow minded? Casey was held accountable. She did her time for the things she was found guilty of. As a citizen of the US she now has a right to go on with her life. Seems to me that these people who are inciting violence against her are breaking her civil rights and should be held accountable. Nasty Disgrace is the worst…can’t she be sued for defamation? She has totally disregarded the verdict and has a platform to spew her hate and lies. Can’t she be held responsible? Seeing this hate toward one 25 year old girl who more than likely survived years of abuse really makes me sad. Morning all. I looked a little closer at Hensley in the court records. He was sent to collections on his last court case, owes nearly $3000. If he was involved in any pay per view, the post saying “teaser” being one clue, then that could be his motive. This was for DUI with suspended license, the latter and speeding ticket being dismissed. As for the bar address like someone tweeted, that isn’t true. It was a domestic situation. I even googled the address to make sure but the docket also states domestic. There was a criminal trespass filed, for the same address but that was all dismissed. Later, there was a violation of this restraining order, by telephone. That case is also in collections, over $300.
What was that poem in Casey’s photobucket, “Trust no one”? I can’t imagine…yes I can…What a horrible thing to think you can trust someone then have them do this. Maybe the guy only wanted to show off, get attention. But regardless, this is just wrong.
Here is a perfect example of what I was saying in my post yesterday. Are we surprised that this type of thing is happening? These kids behave this way because its been taught to them that it is ok to gang up on someone you don’t like or disagree with. Maybe when adults can learn to act like adults the children’s behavior will improve.

The only way it is possible is if the hair is still long, hidden under a wig and was recently taken after she lost weight.

Casey lives with a minister. Jason is now depressed as he no longer needs to defend Caseys honor. Jason is heartbroken because Caseu has moved on and has got a Boyfriend and it isnt Jason. One has to wonder why Defending would stand up for the Haterz yet let the same Haterz rip a supposed Casey Supporter to shreds.

Good morning, all. Thanks, Noni, Mimi, Lisa. That’s a great compliment. I have a few astrology articles but haven’t put up anything new for quite a while. I have so many things I’d like to write about but paying the bills always has to come first. I would really like to write about Caylee and Casey, but I hesitate. Even though they are public figures, somehow it seems disrespectful to, without gaining Casey’s permission. I feel like everyone has usurped ownership of Caylee, taken her away from Casey and for me to write about them, using this most probing tool, it sort of feels like if a psychologist shared his sessions without permission, a violation of her rights, even though I’ve never spoken to her. I’ve commented on their astrology, I know. But what I’m talking about is different, deeper. Maybe I could just do something superficial, like illustrate how a sunrise chart for an unknown birth time for Casey, can show major events in life very well. Most astrologers use noon when time is unknown but I prefer sunrise because it represents the core or soul of the person as opposed to what they show in public, represented by noon or the 10th house. Well, I’m disappointed that is all Baez had to offer. I would think by now they would have a very good idea how this got out there and be all over them. Ok, I sort of get it. I am sure some pretending to be supporters are not and I wondered why a supporter, Defending~Jason, would allow some of the comments there. But I’m not seeing why you think Jason is posing as sexy and I know it.
I ran across something started by someone named Glenda, posted at the boycott page and then repeated elsewhere that is quite troubling. Glenda has a pic and address of an Orlando based PO saying this is the one Casey reports to, which I doubt unless she never steps foot outside the door and reports over the phone or skype. Angela, an admin at the boycott page is encouraging everyone to harass her into violating Casey for buying a computer when she reports no income and anything else possible. This vigilante justice is getting old real fast and might be considered quite dangerous. I’ve read so many posts, people pleading for someone to kill Casey. There are crazy people out there that would use this to send them over the edge and go after her or anyone these people claim are the enemy. People there and at WS have put her PO and even the judge presiding over the civil cases on the enemy list too. I read facebook’s rule placed where they had deleted a photo someone posted and it clearly states they may not use facebook to attack someone. So why are there so many pages set up for no other purpose than to attack Casey and organize terrorist activity, including harassing parole and probation officers, news stations, etc?
Zuben, here is my take so far and of course I could be wrong. lol I first mentioned skype because she mentioned skype in the first video. I believe that kc trusted someone enough to skype with them and that someone grabbed the ip and came in later and coppied the Hard drive.
That someone then broke the trust and allowed a few videos to be released. Perhaps the reaction of a breakup or something along that line. I doubt Jb wants to do anything about it because kc was dumb enough to trust someone in the first place and she probably does not want to press charges against him. I hope she learned a lesson and I agree that it really is no ones business if she wants to take pictures of herself.
She is still going to attract some very immature boyfriends. Any disgruntled boyfriend can find ways to get even with her if she breaks up with them. This appears to be a puppy love thing and M and M want to make something of it. I doubt the Judge will budge. IMO
No PO in Florida is going to let these haters influence them or tell them how to do there job. I’m sure they probably have a supervisor overseeing KC’s probation officer for exactly this reason.
PO’s have to follow very strict guidelines for their jobs & I’m sure they’re not going to let a bunch of internet idiots influence their decisions concerning KC.

I love the fact that these peoples blood lust is consuming them from within. What these people don’t realize is that PO’s want you to complete probation & get out of the system. If they have to violate you It’s 3 times the paperwork for them & a black mark in their file. It’s their job to see that you succeed. A dirty drug test is probably the only thing they would violate her for. I don’t know if they are drug testing her since she wasn’t busted for drugs.

NTS….yes, I do remember renegade and also a Rob. What I don’t remember is whether renegade mentioned Rob, or whether we somehow connected them through web pages/slide account. I did bust them out, though, because I knew that Casey wouldn’t have been posting things for the public to see on the internet EVEN IF SHE HAD WANTED TO. Common sense says that since Casey is having to rely on the kindness and hospitality of friends for housing and other needs…..friends that were deemed safe through her legal team, that a close watch would have been put on how much contact via internet she could have with anyone. Especially back in August, just a few weeks after she had been released, she would not have been posting any pictures on a slide account that the public could view. She knew and her legal team knew and whomever is housing her knew what the public mentality about her was, and there is absolutely zero chance that anyone was going to be allowing her to do anything to endanger not only herself, but the people trying to protect her. Those pics on slide came from somewhere….but not from Casey.
Once I told Renegade that I was on to him….mysteriously MY sites began to be hacked. That very brief encounter on slide.com has cost me lots of man hours and has opened up some very good relations with folks who are in the FBI. I can’t say a whole lot more than that…..

Good morning all. I usually am getting up not long after you are going to sleep so there is always something to accompany my morning coffee beside my emails. Thanks for the video, HGM. The Grunds continue to fascinate me. It seems that daddy Grund is more understanding and compassionate than Jesse but I remember his first interview back in July of 2008 and he was convinced Casey couldn’t do anything to hurt her daughter. He was sucked in by the evidence the media was selling, or should I say, forcing down our throats with the help of Melich and other unknown sources close to the investigation. Why is it he has a problem with the fact that she could smile or laugh? It seems everyone thinks she should never be able to smile again. How many people have gone to a funeral 3 days after someone close has passed and not smiled or laughed at least once. But yet people expect Casey to never smile or talk about anything other than the loss of her daughter.
What I don’t get about the slide account is if someone hacked it, why has Casey not reported and had it shut down?

Hi everyone. It’s been a while. Tried posting yesterday but my post disappeared. Had to step away for a while but now Casey’s video surfaced. In all my years, I’ve never seen anything like the circus surrounding her. Strangers hating on strangers for having differing views. Medical doctors determining manner, means and motive of death based on conjecture rather than actual medical evidence. Attorneys posturing for the cameras and spouting personal theories while manufacturing theoretical evidence and overlooking rules of and/or lack of evidence. Pictures being photoshopped to incite the masses. Stealth tactics to keep s–t going. Seems like the circus has evolved into a life of its own with no expiration date.
Perhaps Casey should be less trusting of those around her. If the haters invested as much time and effort into trying to find the little girl who disappeared from her dad’s house after he allegedly put her to bed… Oh well. Doing something like that would not fuel the hater mentality.

The screenshots show that Hensley must have first showed this diary on Dec. 20, sometime close to 2:19pm, unknown time zone that depends on who captured the screen shot and their location. Supposedly, during the few minutes he had it on youtube, Jon and Holly Briley intercepted it. Did they capture Hensley’s copy? That wouldn’t make sense if they claim to go looking for it. How long after the 20th did they find it? When they found it, it took 15 days to post it if it was on the 20th. Why the long delay? They claim they saw it on a pay per view site but don’t remember where. How complicated is it for them to open their history and go through each site they visited during that time. Are they computer illiterate? HGM, you have a facebook account. Perhaps you should go teach them how to search their history for this answer. Something seems really off.

Personally, I find it very hard to believe anything out in the press about KC…especially things that come from “unnamed sources.” People want to destroy Casey…spreading rumors is a way that people have been destroying others for quite some time. Very Junior Highish, if you ask me…but I think that is whats going on. There may be truth that he won’t be representing her legally…he does have other cases, so they may be separating in that way and people will take that and blow it all out of proportion, saying anything that puts her in a bad light.
What are your thoughts on the unsealing of the psych evals…will this help or hurt Casey in the publics eye? I’m not sure anything is going to help at this point because people are only going to believe what they have been led to believe…what they allowed the media to feed them for 3+ years.

I am currently reading depo’s. I fell asleep twice. lol I am confused, but it does sound like kc told these phych’s early on about GA sexually abusing her. She may have thought at one time that GA was the father. She indicates to all of them that Lee only touched her breast, Yet Lee is the one that the authorities did a paternity test on. ????????????????????????????????????

NTS and GCG….I just read Danzinger’s (sp?) depo, and you’re both right! The prosecution knew from the beginning what Casey’s story was….and YET, they never investigated GA except to ask him a few questions and then let him off the hook. And I find it odd that the prosecution felt that Lee checking out Casey’s breasts when she was 12 gave them alarm that Lee was Caylee’s dad. As far as I can tell, no one have ever been impregnated by simply having their rack oogled.
In my mind, it all makes sense. Danzinger’s depo says that Casey said GA was holding Caylee and then Casey took her, freaked out, and then GA took her saying something about “daddy will take care of this” and GA LEFT WITH CAYLEE’S lifeless body. Then we have the flurry of calls to Cindy. And then Casey says Cindy said Caylee was fine, so in Casey’s mind, she goes into denial mode and thinks that maybe Caylee really IS fine. GA tells Casey to tell Cindy that Caylee is with her.
It makes perfect sense to me. THEN, flash forward to Lee’s testimony at trial (and Cindy’s) about how GA burried the family pets in the bag with the duct tape. Casey’s story of her not knowing where Caylee was and of feeling that she was close and would be ok makes sense. It would aslo explain exactly why Casey picked GA to have the meeting with out of all her family members.
I’ve only read one depo so far but I’m so upset at how wishy-washy the Dr. is. He makes it pretty clear she’s in some deep denial.
A couple things were new to me – he says he has a copy of her high school diploma. So what was Cindy talking about that she never graduated?
Casey also says she woke up at a party with her pants off and that is how she got pregnant. No wonder she has never disclosed who the father is. She doesn’t know!
I really can’t believe that Perry released these depos. Aren’t these the same as medical records? If not then why aren’t their notes and reports public information also?
I have a question too…I’ve only read the firs depo. But KC states that George always blamed her for things. I believe it is documented that he had a gambling problem and he very nearly destroyed the family’s finances. Do you think it was HIM who was stealing money from Cindy and BLAMING it on Casey? Maybe even George was giving her some money to keep her mouth shut about the money? I believe even more that George is the creep that I thought he was.

I don’t know why I am suprised that the documents have been unsealed. The fact remains, however, that Jeffy-Boy put information from these SEALED documents in his book which was released two months BEFORE the documents were unsealed. To my way of thinking, this move by Perry is too little, too late to undo the damage. I maintain that if Jeffy-Boy had not included the info in the book, the documents would have remained sealed until we are all dead and gone. The Judge is now just trying to do an end run to keep Ashtons butt out of a sling. JMO

Danziger, April 7, the state is certainly pissy about not having everything in their hands regarding the penalty phase they were dreaming would come to fruition. I suppose Danziger probably had those for a few months but still, the state held on to things for 2+ years before turning it over, saying the naughty FBI wouldn’t turn it over and it was out of their control. Furthermore, this guy was given less than 24 hours notice for the deposition. That seems quite unreasonable and I think they were trying to harrass the defense with this kind of nonsense. Then they had the nerve to tattle to the judge in the middle of the depo because Mason I had to chuckle the way Burdick seemed so slow to understand Baez was saying these depos should be sealed because it contained medical information. Is she really that slow? I felt I was trespassing on sacred ground reading this, especially pages like page 32 where he is reading each point of her medical assessment. What does questionable bipolar mean. If there is question woudn’t they do what is necessary to not question it one way or the other?
Ok, so Danziger is a trained psychiatrist, right? He says he was very surprised that her testing came up normal and according to Burdick, he said she was pure evil. Is that is trained diagnosis? Do doctors say things like that? I find that very hard to believe but if so he has a real problem and I can’t imagine anyone hiring him. He doesn’t remember the conversation but he didn’t say it was something he’d never say either, which is something I’d have to say if I was told I said that. The craziest thing, IMO, is that he is absolutly puzzled, even dumbfounded that she is acting normal, able to read, eating, sleeping in the midst of being accused of horrible things and her daughter missing or dead but yet he says she is normal, mentally. How is that normal? He eve said, it doesn’t matter is she is guilty or not, her behavior wasn’t normal and it puzzled him, but she is normal. I think this guy might need a shrink.
My greatest concern with Dr. Danziger is that he was told of a potential crime and did nothing about it. Here, doctors, teachers, anyone that becomes aware of potential molestation, domestic violence, anything like that is obligated by law to report it, regardless of whether or not it was shared in a confidential, protected setting. If they don’t they can lose their license to practice or be fired. This doctor not only didn’t report it, he was more concerned with the media crucifying George than reporting a crime he was told about. He should have his license revoked, just on that fact. It isn’t his job to protect George Anthony. The police are assigned the job of determining if a crime may have been committed then the court will take it from there. Is Florida law different than where I live? If not then the state was made aware of this and they never followed up other than to do a dna paternity test.
Page 101 brings up a conversation we’ve had here on more than one occasion, the phone activity the morning of June 16. Casey told Danziger that she slept harder and later than usual and on any other day her and Caylee would get up together. It was after 9, according to this conversation, when George abruptly woke her up asking where Caylee was. Now, if they always get up together, why would George be in her bedroom to notice Caylee wasn’t there? He shouldn’t and must have known Caylee was up and either got out of his sight or else he knew exactly where she was. Back to the phone record. At 7:45 am someone is checking the voice mail, picking up a call that Casey already picked up the day before. Then at 8:46, a text is sent from her phone to Lazarro. Do we know what that text was? Then she doesn’t use the phone for 3 hours, till nearly noon. Either Casey is lying about that morning or else her dad had her phone. Now, Casey tells the Dr. that she checked the pool but Caylee wasn’t there. Then George appears with her wet in his arms. Had he taken her out of the pool already and that is why Casey didn’t see her there? Did he slip into her room and check her voicemail then send a text to the last number called to establish that Casey was up at her normal time? A cop would think to do that. Casey didn’t go to sleep until 3:30am or after so it is reasonable to believe that she was still sleeping 4 hours later when the voicemail was checked. She often only slept a few hours but that would catch up with her every few days and she would need to sleep longer. So, was she asleep until after 9 or was she lying? She could have been telling the truth here. But the next part doesn’t fit. She said her dad took Caylee and left and she tried to call her mom but couldn’t reach her for hours. She didn’t try to call her mom until after George called her that afternoon, right after he punched in at work. She had conversations with Tony, Jesse but not mom until around 4pm. I checked the home phone too. But, I must say that the outgoing calls for the home seem out of the ordinary. There isn’t a single outgoing call for June 16. What did George tell her when he called her at 3:04 pm. That call is quite out of the ordinary for him but I see no where that LE or the SA asked him about that call. I think they and Danziger had their minds already made up and wouldn’t allow it to go there.
I must say I have compassion for Danzinger’s perceived dilemma over the allegations against George. But, if he hadn’t made up his mind beforehand that anything Casey said is a lie, perhaps he would have lost sleep over not taking her seriously, over not reporting as I believe the law requires. He admits that her behavior pre Dec. 11, 2008 was consistent with her believing Caylee was alive and her demeanor was different in his later meetings with her. Her behavior was consistent with a person that was in deep denial. What makes no sense to me is his obsession with there being no other supporting proof that Casey had been abused. When is there ever proof when a child hides the family secrets? Never! The child is the only one that can give the proof. If she isn’t believed, there is no proof.
I’ll say this one more time. Ashton, I hope you are reading this! There is a discovery document dated April 8, 2009 that shows the code W06 with the date 05-26-04 next to it, from the school with a note from LE that says this is the code showing she graduated, that the guidance councilor said she was a credit short and must have taken a summer course to make it up and did get her diploma. This doc isn’t hand numbered like most of the rest and if anyone hasn’t seen it I can send to JB for proof. I have no idea why her mother would say she didn’t graduate unless she liked cutting her down and it was only the fancy show in cap and gown that mattered to her.

Also, if kc was responding to a text, i can see her briefly waking up for a moment and returning a text and going back to sleep. When I was young, it was easy to fall back asleep.
Things seem consistent with her story and the doctor even says her demeaner is in check before dec 11 and after. I wish we could get his reaction from the jail house tape.

Zuben @ 8:57 – Great post! Very interesting. I am going to have to reread it, but the last paragraph was interesting about the high school diploma. It seems as though that is something that could have been put to rest a long time ago, especially since it is one of the points that the haters continue to bring up. WE all now that with Cindy, appearances are always a priority, so the fact that Casey didn’t “walk” with her class was probably a big deal to her mother, even if Casey did take a class to fulfill the requirements (and get the diploma by mail) it deprived Cindy of the cap and gown show and the party afterwards where she could should what a great mother she is.

Simms has withdrawn, according to the clerks page but not Baez. It would make sense, if he had to move to Miami, that he would too, if Mason can take over the appeal.
It took me all afternoon just to get through that first depo. I had to keep stepping away. I can believe that Caylee was conceived during a blackout. When I was barely 15 some guys gave me a bottle that had a couple swallows of rum at lunch time. I have no memory of the rest of lunch break. I somehow found my way back to my next class, study hall. I was loud and really out there, barely remember it at all. I have no idea what was in that bottle but it surely wasn’t enough rum to do that. I was taken to the sick room and was climbing the walls, literally. They expelled me for 3 days, my greatest embarrassment throughout my school years. My mom took me to my condescending extremely imperfectly formed right wing grandfather who proceeded to preach to me then an aunt I barely knew took me for a couple of days. Her daughter and boyfriend took me out somewhere that night and gave me more alcohol. I guess I was getting initiated or something. I somehow found my way through their dark house and into bed. Next thing I knew, an adult male in the house was on top of me. I think he was the husband of a cousin. I can’t believe I’m sharing this publicly. I’ve never told anyone and I am 57 years old. In fact, I forgot about it most of my life, because I wanted to. Occasionally the memory would surface again, like today but usually I just push it back down. I think I’m sharing it now to show that people do hide things. It hurt me deeply that I was taken advantage of and my mom put me straight into another situation where I was taken advantage of as badly or worse. Yes, I was wrong for accepting that alcohol but I didn’t deserve that. It makes no sense that my mom would take me to her dad because he had judged and condemned her. Why would she wish that on me too? I believe Casey. If she lied and told people Caylee’s dad died it was because she didn’t want to be called a whore and have Caylee judged too.

(((Hugs))) Your friends are with you. WHile I remembered most of my abuse my dear brother supressed most of his onyl to have it burst forth around 35. It nearly killed him. Had it not been forthe fact that he was raising 3 boys alone I think he might have hurt some people including our dad who was still alive for awhile after. Some stuff I know and some stuff I choose to “forget” or not think about, bury it, detatch from the pain. While some people use alcohol or drugs to numb themselves from the pain those who experience severe trauma learn to shut down or go completely numb. We may walk around acting like everything is normal because that is what we have been TRAINED to do. Inside though hurricaines of emotions rage. I so see exactly what she describes. I always have. Somehow I just knew that her odd behavior (31 days, Universal fiasco, lying to LE) it all had to do with incest and family secrets. I will always believe it.
Well, now that JB is no longer “attached” to Casey Anthony….are we still the JB Mission? I know originally due to our dear JB’s mom but still.
